Had delivery 3 times while here visiting a friend and all three times the pizza was perfect, hot and delicious. I’ve been out of the states for the past three years and live a nice home feeling and a his place delivered on that for me, every single time. If can’t me back to the area, I will order from them again.

The manager or the franchise owner MUST not be aware that their oven isn’t working properly. I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni for delivery last night. I got my pizza and the cheese was hardly melted, the dough wasn’t cooked, and when I picked it up by the crust it fell apart. I called the manager and he had a second pizza sent out and assured me it would be cooked well done. It arrived, and it wasn’t. The second pizza was just as raw as the first one. Dear papa johns vincennes, if I wanted to cook a frozen pizza at home, I would have hit up the grocery store.

We got a card for a free pizza. So we called and let them know we had a card from the manager for a free pizza. He said he would transfer us to the front desk understandably. (I figured we would have to let the manager know we had the card.) He transfers us and the phone clicks and hangs up. So I call back and tell him what happened. He was nice and transferred me again. I literally sat on hold for 10 minutes and then gave up.
We would have gone to the restaurant but we decided not to take the time since we were frustrated at this point and we live an hour away. I will say the man I spoke to was nice though. I didn’t have an issue with him.

Made an online order online tonight, accidentally didn’t change the settings to delivery . Called to clarify I needed it sent out instead of it being a pick up. I had ordered & paid for it online. I was told it would be up to the driver if they wanted to deliver it to me or not . I was going to just cancel the order but they advised me that I wouldn’t receive the refund for a few days . So I went ahead and told the receptionist to “ask”? I have a 4month old baby who’s on oxygen I can’t just drag him out in the middle of the night. So the driver asked where I live then since it was close I’m guessing she agreed. I was honestly surprised that I was actually even hearing that. Especially since delivery was an option for tonight . The pizza was fresh though & I still tipped. but as far as customer service I was not satisfied. It’ll be a long time before I consider ordering from here again. You never know a persons situation…if I was able to pick up my food I would have with no problem but I was under the impression that what I was asking became an inconvenience.

Called in order for Wacky Wednesday, any pizza, any size for 9.99 on the sign. Got the foreign call center and order was wrong. Went to pick up and guy only gave me one pizza but I ordered 2. I asked why $14 if deal was $10 and he said only up to 5 toppings. I got money and left pizza on counter. I looked at website and the printed coupon I had and it shows Any Specialty pizza or up to 5 toppings. Per their website, the works is a specialty pizza. Stop using foreign call center. It only turns out right half the time.
