I always receive my food right on time, which I really appreciate ⏰ . The staff members are usually very friendly and polite, and I’ve honestly never had any issues with them. Everything runs smoothly every time I order . And even if something ever did go wrong, I truly believe they would do their best to fix it and make things right. They’re especially great with deliveries , so don’t forget to tip those drivers well! They work incredibly hard to make sure our food arrives quickly and safely, and they definitely deserve the support .

Looks like this location is now using door dash for delivery. Definitely avoid delivery. Door dashers will just set your pizza in the snow and walk off and the store doesn’t give a shit about quality control.

Put in a mobile order, received confirmation via text and email that it would be ready between 4:50 pm and 5:00 pm. At 5:20 after sitting in the parking lot for 20 minutes with no further notifications I finally went in and asked if they knew an ETA for the order. The order had been sitting for at least 20 minutes on the rack. I advised the employee that I received no notifications after the initial one, his reply was simply, “I don’t know why that would happen. Here’s your food.”

Always get my food on time, workers are nice usually, never had any problems with them. But if there was, Im confident they would help try to make up for it. They’re really good with deliveries, so tip those drivers well because they work really hard doing what they do.

I truly hope that someone in authority takes a look into this place. Reviews are horrible. However, i needed delivery and took a shot. Paid online. Driver gets here and says my card didnt go thru.??????? He said it happens all the time!!! He said its because papa johns is greedy. They wanted me to give my card info again. As i was, the driver had the nerve to ask for a tip. I am a restaurant manager. I KNOW and appreciate the tipping situation. But bringing food, that you arent going to give me, according to you, is a trick papa johns does….not a good way to get a tip at all. What a horrific experience. My card didnt go thru again! So he left with my food. And yes, my card is good and didnt get denied at the next place i ordered.

Ordered delivery. Order did take 40 minutes to get here on a Saturday evening, but a school did just graduate. The Papa Tracker is definitely not accurate, at least for my order. It said it was still preparing when the delivery guy was here. The delivery guy was laid back and gave me my order no problem. A worker there even called me, letting me know that a gift card I used still had a few bucks in it because of a system glitch. The food was OK, nothing special. The service was phenomenal, and I’d love for places to have these kinds of service standards.
