If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my pizza with light sauce came with no sauce on it the pepperoni are all piled in one spot on the pizza. The first slice I grabbed had a hair on it. It’s just straight up disgusting waste of my money highly recommend you do not order from here

We really like Papa John’s, the pizza always has a good amount of toppings never had issue with them getting things wrong. Only thing that was kinda a ussy3 was 2 poor girls/ women where working they also I don’t, actually, I’ve seemed pretty swamped, and so our order was way Uber the time that I was supposed to be done, which wasn’t too big of an issue. We weren’t in a rush, but with only two women working there and that many waters and stuff, they did a great job still

Called in an order(to a forien call center) told them “12 Works pizza- with very little or no sausage. Husband brings it out – regular sausage. I take back in- tell the manager it was wrong again. Told her “no sausage. Took it to the car to eat. Opened up the box… no pepperoni, take it back in.The manager was outside on her smoke break. Sends the girl back in to tell me, that she made it pepperoni because that what I said. She stays outside smoking. Finally come in, walks right by me. Never said one word to me. But has the other worker tell me. They wouldn’t remake it and refused to give me my money back. I got a wipe , stood at the side of the counter- I took every piece of sausage and left it set on the counter. I finally got through to the store. She gets rocky and tells me she made it right. They do not offer refunds and she wouldn’t remake it. Few choise words said. So I hung up on her!

The atmosphere – 0 I’ts carry out only.
The condition of the store was discusting. Food on the floor- and prefolded boxes stacked on the floor. Not 1 time did I see any one wash their hands or put on gloves ,after coming back in from the smoke break.
Tomorrow, I will call and finish the complaint. There should really be a dress code , and how one should present their self. The manager should be the one to set the image of how one should dress and to make sure the employees have an idea of how to handle customer service. * there is no where to sit and eat. This business deserves-0 stars, but in order to post you had to choose a number.

I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Manager refused to refund the deliver fee or the tip even though I had to drive to the store to replace the meal. Glad that I could pay $50 just to have floor pizza and feed my kids at 8pm on a school night. I wish I could give zero stars.

Pleasantly surprised by how much pepperoni they put on this pizza! Usually, at other stores, they put just a few, but this pizza was loaded! I ordered extra sauce and they delivered! So happy with this order!

Employees are rude they don’t greet you orders are never ready on time especially after 4pm my order should have been ready at my arrival time instead I was told they just got it 9minutes ago and would be atleast another 15 to 20 minute wait pizza wasn’t even started very rude employees

Pizza was delivered with raw dough on bottom during a 4 year olds birthday party. They would not refund because we didn’t bring the pizza back in that day during the party. I called nicely the next day to ask for a refund. The manager was very rude. This is not the first time our pizza has been delivered like this with a doughy bottom.
