Placed order online around 10:30 and never received it. When called and asked about it they said they were busy and it the driver was on a triple delivery. Then I receive a phone call asking if I looked outside my door for my order that was not there. They lied and said that they knocked on the door when they did not.. and when talking to people from the store they are very rude and talk down to you.

If I could give zero stars I would this place is a joke ,they said it would be 22 to 32 min. for my order to get delivered so after 45 min. I tried to call after being on hold for ten more minutes I ask the manager about my pizza and she tells me they tried to deliver my pizza and the person said I didn’t live there so they tried to call and the person that awnsers said it was the wrong number so they cancelled my order, but the funny thing is I know and asked ever one in my building about it and they all said no one came to there door , so I think the manager lied and they just didn’t want to deliver it and cancelled it, and these pizza places are wondering why Door Dash and others like it,are taking all there business, I wonder…

Ive ordered papa johns all over the US and Seymours is alway on point! Always the perfect amount of cheese, not so much that its super grease but not to little wishing there were more. Never mess my order up. Never had random unwanted toppings and a super friendly staff that normally calls me by my first or last name as I walk in.

We order Papa John’s all the time and this time was very disappointing. First off I was told my order was going to be an hour wait no problem. When I arrived 15 minutes early it was ready and cold bc it was placed on delivery not pick up and was not placed in the warmer I was told it was placed by the oven. For the price we pay my pizza should be piping hot period. I will be taking my service somewhere else for now and the young girl at the counter was very rude like it was my damn fault.

So, my boyfriend and I ordered delivery last night at the Seymour, Papa John’s so we planned on tipping right? Well, my boyfriend grabbed my money by accident which I have bundled up from earlier, (my fault.) He handed the pizza guy the tip thinking it was 5$. But, it wasn’t. It was 30$!!! This review is basically to say the employee(s) at this particular Papa John’s must not have very good character, because this guy walked away with 30$ and didn’t even question it. Personally I would have turned around and asked the customers if they were aware and sure they wanted me to take the money. This guy just got in his car and drove away as fast as he could. Not knowing our side of the situation at all. I am very unhappy and most likely wont be tipping or getting delivery ever again from this particular Papa John’s. VERY DISPLEASED!
