Ordered the new pan pizza. Horrible, the bottom crust is hard can’t hardly cut threw it and tasted like burnt cheese. Just Ordered a pepperoni one kinda nasty tasting due to burnt cheese taste from the bottom.

I went to the store for carry out. Got there for them to tell me I will have to wait about 3-4 minutes for new food because a delivery driver took my food. Then after waiting about 8-10 minutes she walks out with my food. I get home only to find my food like this. The bread sticks was so hard I could knock someone’s teeth out with them. The pizza crust was thin and burnt when it was supposed to be a regular pizza . And my cheese sticks was burnt as well on the bottom. I called the manager to let them know she basically called me a liar. Said she quality checked them and there is no way they are burnt . Which CLEARLY they are. My husband goes up there to get a replacement and she tells him she wishes I would have checked the food before I left the first time. She also gave me a discount card for 1 free pizza the first time she handed me my food for the wait but said I still wasn’t happy with that. Her giving me a discount card does not justify for giving me burnt food & having to go back and forth to get our food picked up and replaced due to their mess up.

I ordered Parmesan Garlic chicken wings, and all the sauce was at the bottom. There was no Parmesan garlic on the chicken wings and the chicken wings tasted undercooked.

Called ahead to make sure it was ok to pay with a $50 bill. Person on the phone said it was fine, that its usually $100 they dont accept. Only for me to get there and get denied the $50 by the manager and them saying no one has talked to anyone on the phone about it. Even though it was literally 5 minutes before. I didnt mind getting change but canceled the order due to principle.

This is what was just delivered to me. Did they even look at it? It is the sloppiest looking mess I have ever seen. The meat lovers looks like it was two pizzas pieced together. The beef and green pepper one looks like the green peppers was just tossed in the center and nothing was spread to the edge. Their standards has gone down horribly. I am also still waiting on 20% back on an order from over a month ago where they forgot part of my order. This is absolutely my last time giving them a chance. You eat with your eyes first and apparently they didn’t use theirs to make our food. Such a shame that this is acceptable for them. Bring John back.

I ordered delivery on Papa Johns app and it came through DoorDash. Now I don’t typically have a problem with DoorDash but when I got my food my pizzas cheese was smeared at the top. Besides that the flavor was fantastic. Papa John’s has the best garlic dipping sauce around! And their cheese sticks and cheese sauce are top tier! They’re crust on the pizza is a bit much and always has been, but it’s good dipped in some type of sauce so it’s not super dry

Ordered extra topping and well done bake on a Grand Papa Pizza. Seems like they just grabbed one they had sitting. Extea topping I paid for was not added. Reached out to customer service and never heard back, paid extra for a crappy product. Even one of the slices was smashed for some reason. I want my three dollars back.

The two managers that are working tonight at 7:00 were very disrespectful to my 56 year old mother. My mom was buying the food and the card declined on there end but it took off the money on my mothers end and the second manager came around the corner and snatched the pizza off the counter , and said your not taking it without paying for it my mother hadn’t even touched the pizza yet very disappointed very unprofessional. Y’all could have handled that way better

I ordered from the Charlestown Rd location tonight and unfortunately had an issue with my pizza. I called the store and the manager was immediately apologetic and offered to refund or redeliver. I opted for them to redeliver it. The delivery driver was also apologetic, super nice, and the food arrived perfect this time. Thank you to the staff here for being so quick to correct what was honestly probably just a mishap on a busy evening.
