I placed my order in person and prepaid, 45 minutes before I needed to pick my two pizzas up. It was a very busy Friday evening at this Papa John’s store. When I returned I was told that they that had lost my order. The manager apologized and immediately took full responsibility and made it right for me. She handled the the situation very well with a great attitude. While I waited on my pizzas it became clear that the manager was doing the best she could while dealing with a couple of problematic employees. I hope the owners and district manager know what a great job this manager is doing for them. The pizzas were good and the customer service given by the manager was excellent!

They made our order wrong and we had to throw out the whole pizza. It was that bad. We drove 30 mins to pick it up. Called to tell them and they said we would get a free pizza the next day. Next day the manager said she can’t honor the quality guarantee as listed on the website and by the employee the night before. Manager said it was above her pay grade. Not the type to complain but felt like they were rude and didn’t fix anything. We won’t return. Much better low quality pizza in town to choose from.

We ordered pizza while we were unpacking. Service was great and the pizza was delicious! There was an error in billing to my card, when I called to ask about it, the manager was very kind and worked diligently and immediately to correct the issue! She went above and beyond to make this right for me! Overall I’m more than impressed and we will DEFINITELY be back!!!

Did a pickup for pizza at Papa John’s got the deal for 2599 one specialty pizza and the two topping pizza both large . The specialty pizza was the Supreme no onions and the two topping pizza was chicken with alfredo sauce.

I recently ordered an “All the Meats” pizza along with an order of garlic parmesan breadsticks. While the breadsticks were excellent—hot, fresh, and full of flavor—the pizza was a major disappointment.
The pizza had little to no sauce, making it dry and bland. Even more concerning, it had a strange, unpleasant taste—almost like spoiled meat. I was so uneasy about it that I ended up throwing the pizza away out of concern it might make me sick.
I’m sharing this in hopes that no one else has a similar experience. Quality control clearly missed the mark here.

I placed an order to be delivered several hours later. The Manager, Coral waited on me. She was kind, efficient and helpful. The pizza was a big hit that evening and it was delivered right on time.
