The 5 topping pizza was the best. I was able to find a discount from a promotion flyer and order on line. A bit expensive when you consider the delivery charge and tip. (But I was too lazy to pick up the pizza) The pizza arrived within 20 minutes and it was hot.

The taste and presentation of this pizza is best described as disrespectful.
The dough must have been previously frozen, and pre-shaped prior to being used that night The dough was flat, deflated, and dry. Ingredients were scarcely used —as if someone who resented me was forced to prepare this pizza.
I don’t expect an above average experience whenever I order out, but I definitely don’t expect a lack luster and unacceptable serving of food that one would not serve their family, less than customers.
This order was placed for pickup, Extra large 3-topping. My Papa John app I used and from the time of placing the order, the app showed that it was prepared and ready in 5 minutes.
Neither a first time or returning customer should ever be this discussed that a fellow human being opened a franchise to make food for another person and find it acceptable to offer this worse than a $5 frozen pizza experience, at a pizza specialty restaurant.

Ordered delivery and told them we were paying cash when the order was placed. A $30 pizza ended up being $50 because delivery guy had to change. Don’t order from the Lima and DuPont location.

As a longtime Google reviewer I give honest and non biased reviews. This is a new store and they use DoorDash drivers bc they are so new, therefore if your items arrive to you messed up don’t take it out on the store.
Ashley and her team are warm and welcoming when customers come into their store and even though she works 80 hours a week bc it’s her store she always has a smile on her face as well as the rest of her crew. They work hard, the store is clean, and even though they are busy, they’re not too busy to build relationships with the community.
I’ve ordered solely from this store in the last month and the food is hot, consistent, and tastes the same every time. Fresh ingredients is what it is all about and you can definitely see the pride this team takes in the food they send out.
Give them a chance and you won’t regret it. If you’re not happy don’t tear them down bc they will make it right every time bc that’s their motto. Please remember that they are using fill in drivers and if your order arrives wrecked it is probably the contracted employee that did it and not Papa John’s.

Why open a brand new store with no employees. Told to pick up order at 11:30. Get there. Guy looks confused and hasn’t even started it yet. Tells me 10 min. 15 min later he’s still making the order and tells me another 10 min. Ridiculous.
