Placed a delivery order for 8:15 pm and chose to have Papa John’s delivery. It is now 9:00 and no pizza. I called them and asked where it was and was told Door Dash will be delivering because they only have one driver. Door Dash isn’t coming to get the pizza until 9:06. I said so my order has been sitting around for over an hour and she responded yes. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET ANOTHER ORDER FROM US!! If it would let me give it NO stars I would!

I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza. I got one, but the cheese and toppings made it look like a 10″ pizza in the middle of 6 inches of crust. The bottom crust was thinner than their thin crust. The only way to eat it was to roll it up. Who serves a pizza like this? I suggest Papa John’s takes a long hard look at their reviews and understand what is happening at this store.

I’m not sure if the lady was having a bad day or what, but I picked up my two pizzas and two orders of breadsticks, and they were burnt. Then, when they sat in my lap in the car, the grease/butter off of the burnt breadsticks split all on my sweatshirt, as it leaked out of the side of the pizza box. I’m really sad because the sweatshirt was special to me, and now it’s ruined and the breadsticks weren’t even good. Please, pay attention so they don’t burn and don’t add a puddle of grease in the box.

Didn’t know I ordered the “burning hearts” pizza. Even bad pizza is good pizza so we still ate it, but I’ll never order from this location again. Paid $50+ for this and cheese bread. I’ll be going back to frozen pizza because it never disappoints

I ordered online at 7:22p (33–43 minute delivery). After 1 hour I checked the Tracker. It was still in stage one (Making). After 4 calls to the store (one being hung up on, the others being put on hold for 5+ minutes each time) a woman finally picked up at 8:40p and said our order was in the oven and out for delivery soon. The Pizza Tracker was still in stage one (Making) mode so I assumed it was not working. Ten minutes later it moved to stage two (Baking). At 8:55 PM it goes to stage three (Preparing). Pizza Tracker then says it’s “Out for Delivery.” Our order shows up at 9:35 PM (133 minutes later) and the the pizza HAS NO CHEESE!! And to top it off, the massive amount of onions were put on the wrong side – the side which was supposed to just be pepperoni for my kids (so now they are not going to eat it). I grabbed some mozzarella cheese from the fridge and put it in the oven. The kids started heating up chicken nuggets from the freezer. It’s 9:54 PM and I’m literally still waiting to eat. This is not the first time we’ve had an issue with the Dupont location (the last time they didn’t deliver and said it was a carry out order – even though I somehow paid the delivery fee and tipped the driver!!). I asked for a refund on the delivery fee and driver tip (when driving there to pick it up) and they said there’s no way to do that kind of refund in their system. They offered a free pizza next visit but when I called the next time to get it, they had no record of it. All I can really do at this point is laugh because this is a joke.

Placed order online at 6:30PM. Waited 2 hours!!! Arrived for pickup, pizza sitting on wire rack. For how long who knows. No one at the counter. Employees standing around folding boxes. Waited 10 min. Finally the manager? steps out front to hand me a cold disgusting pizza. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Will never go back.

Was given an under cooked stuff crust because an employee took it out of the oven way too soon. I called the store and got it replaced but I will not be ordering from this papa John’s ever again.

Hey guys! I’m leaving a review the guy I spoke to on 11/29/25 @ 11:20pm took my order when I called back at 12:40 to ask where my order is he stated THE ONLY REASON MY PIZZA WASNT DELIVERED WAS BC OF DOORDASHER PROBLEMS then I offered to come get my food he stated several others reasons why the order was not ready for pick up!!

Not usually my go to Pizza place but when the family wants Papa John’s we usually order from the DuPont road store in fort Wayne Indiana. Always turns out good and the staff are always helpful and friendly.

Everything about this Papa John’s is wrong. The regular crust is paper thin and doesn’t even taste like the PJ’s crust we’ve known and loved for decades. The sauce has been changed too and tastes nasty. I absolutely hate this pizza and it used to be one of my favorites.
