Ordered some pizzas for the family today. My wife and I ordered a large stuffed crust with pepperoni, mushroom, and green pepper. There was literally 8 pieces of green pepper over 4 pieces of the pizza. And of those 4 pieces, 2 had 1 piece of green pepper on it. Is it being cheap? No pride in your work? Incompetence? I don’t know. But they reminded me why we dont order Papa John’s often, if at all.

Been here to This Papa John’s Pizza ❤️✨️ here many times. I’ve been here the most for Valentines Day ✨️ for the heart shaped Pizza ❤️ ✨️ and they did an excellent job every time. I will say once we waited a while while waiting inside. I have also ordered from this place/ Papa Johns❤️ ✨️ to get it delivered to my house and had been pretty good. ✨️

We order well done , it was hardly cooked .
Veggies were barely diced, hardly any meat , had the slightest bit of sauce . 45.00 with a tip and delivery.. save you’re money and go to McDonalds or get a frozen pizza .

So let’s start with our order was placed on our doorstep and we were not notified that it was out there so ants got into it and our drinks were hot. Immediately called and spoke to the manager and was given a quality guarantee. Then today we not only placed and order but asked to redeem that as well. The guy on the phone was so rude when I explained it he said “I’m not doing it for the breadsticks and drinks only the pizza” I said ok whatever that’s fine because we had already ordered two so no biggie. He then said he would replace them. We recieved the order but no drinks sense those apparently won’t be replaced even though they were hot and flat so we threw them out. We open the boxes and the breadsticks were not the Parmesan ones we ordered and my pizza had no mushrooms on it. So we call same guy answers says he’s not going to fix it. Our kids were hungry so we grab the pizza and when we look down my son shows me this! We all have blonde hair! This is absolutely disgusting! So not only did we have terrible customer service who was rude and disrespectful but now we have to pitch a pizza because of this! Never again will we order from here. You truly need to learn some hospitality.

It was New Year’s Eve, so of course it was busy. It was very chaotic upon entry, but I expected that. Unfortunately, we came out with a pizza that was doughy. I see that there are other comments like this as well. I wanted to share my experience in hopes that this location gets better.

We ordered two large pizzas. When we opened the boxes we did not have two large pizzas. Large pizzas are supposed to be 14” and ours were less than 12”. Super bummed. Especially since I was trying to feed 4 adults and 4 children. Will only be back with a ruler in hand in the future.

Pizza I picked up last night was horrible order extra sauce didn’t happen almost nothing. Toppings had to look to see anything on it. Ordered New York style it thick dough under cooked. It was a waste.

Well when you pay extra for “garlic” bread sticks you expect them to have something on them. Also maybe more than an 1/4 oz of pizza sauce. I often ask myself, why don’t I go to Papa Johns anymore? Then I go… and once again, I say to myself “this is why I won’t be back here for another 4 years. Save your money, eat local. I’ve had better pizza from little Caesars!

Ordered an epic stuffed crust Pepperoni pizza with reg sauce. Delivered on time and hot, delivery driver was very nice. The part of the pizza with stuffed crust was ok, however the rest pizza crust is literally paper-thin and when you take a slice the cheese and toppings come right off because there’s no sauce and the crust is too thin to hold anything. Very disappointing
