I ordered cheese sticks yesterday and they were absolutely delicious and I really wanted more today so I ordered some more today and today I decided to do the Tuscan six cheese with a cheese dipping sauce my favorite. So yesterday I ordered picked it up and left today I placed my order online right before I got to the Papa Johns so when I arrived I decided to sit in my vehicle and I got a little sidetracked and was scrolling and reading and the amazing woman who worked yesterday was also working today and she recognized my car and brought them out to me. I have worked at papa johns years prior. I will continue to eat here. Thank you so much!

First time in years trying papa John’s. There was a small miscommunication via the app, and with a simple and painless call, Nick – the awesome manager in training solved the issues. When the pizza was redelivered, it was exactly as asked for, and absolutely tasty. Very pleased with this purchase and even more impressed with the professionalism of Nick. He owned the problem, and ensured an outstanding resolution.

This location really seems to pay attention to the little things. Like if I order one pizza with extra sauce, and one with just a regular amount of sauce, that’s exactly what I get. It may seem insignificant, but those details matter to me. I’m picky lol. Because of this attention to detail, I drive a little out of my way to come to your store as opposed to the one down the street from me. Keep up the good work!

It was almost $40 for a “deal” on a large pizza and regularly priced medium pizza. The large pizza was not awful, but definitely not good either. The medium was mediocre bordering on decent.
Side-note: The cashier in the store couldn’t hear me say who the order was for because the music in the store was so obnoxiously loud.

I usually love their pizza, but for Halloween we had all our family come over to trick our treat then have our traditional pizza party after. We called in at 1 for our pizza to get here at 7:30. We were left on hold for a long time and our family all left. We spent a lot of money on this pizza and they told us at the time we were supposed to have our pizza that they were in their way. It came 20 minuets late and everyone was upset we couldn’t find out what was happening. Called for a manager and never got to the other side.It was not the drivers fault at all. He was completely understanding and saying how they can only deliver two orders at a time.

Twice have ordered the special promo pizzas. They came with barely any of the the toppings like advertised, and for sure didn’t come with the extras that I ordered and paid for. So disappointing. Also arrived more than 1/2 hour late. Don’t waste your money at this shop.

Tonight was complete chaos. Watched another employee rearrange all the pizza yet totally chaosed. Instead of putting names Together he made a mess! The poor boy at the register had no chance…. a mob in there trying to get their food… and manager’s not even helping

Papa John’s has really stepped up their game. I ordered pizza for a New Year’s Eve party from a different pizza place, but the food arrived late, stone cold, and incorrect. So I quickly ordered from here, as they were open and nearby.
They were shockingly good, a lot better than I remembered the franchise being. No guests had any complaints.
