I placed an order at 5:11PM at this store (#1135) for two large 2 topping pizzas using one of their coupons online via the Papa John’s app. I pressed the “pay and order food now” button and got an error message stating that my order could not be placed and to try again later. I received an email from my bank stating I successfully paid for food in the amount of $35.72 from Papa John’s and it cleared my account. I called the store and explained that I never received a confirmation email nor have a confirmation in the app but was charged for the food. They were all VERY rude and told me that without a confirmation number I will not get my food..I expressed that was why I was calling..because I never received one but still want my food if I paid for it. The manager in the background was relaying her words to me through a worker and was very angry. I ended up just hanging up and reporting them to my bank. They need to fix this and hire better staff! No one deserves to be treated this way when it’s their mistake and not the customers. Don’t order from here. They are bad business and people.

Don’t order from here ever place has outside calling source system who you can’t even understand then place an order … for pick up ….leave to pick it up and the order was delivered to someone else ….. on top had to wait for my order again…. and didn’t even get a refund or a discount…… unreal

Rude! Very rude worst experience ever at first i ordered DoorDash pickup somehow the order was completely wrong instead of someone at least being nice enough to say well I’m sorry ma’am we can’t change the order. They were rude and mean about it, giving me nasty looks especially the heavy lady with the short ponytail making pizza bread & another heavy Caucasian with a green shirt on slam the pizza on the counter cuz i didn’t want it, as if to intimidate me into taking the wrong order so I did what i thought was best & re-ordered the pizza I really wanted and payed again I said thank you to the girl who gave me the pizza i reordered and she looked me & said nothing! I will never go there again and the nasty looks trust me didn’t scare me at all! These older women need to be taught customer service even if you wasn’t going to give me my or change the order you could have been kind about it. I still re-ordered the pizza anyway, but my experience there was terrible

I would give them no stars nothing to do with the store it self it’s the atomic phn service took my money and tried to have me pay again I told them I was charged already and they said my food should be on its way talked to the manager at the store and got no help from her either said it was out of her control I will never eat here again they didn’t do anything to fix the problem and tried to change me again very disappointed poor customer service on both parts

Another price issue with Papa John’s. The valid $3.00 off coupon didn’t work with over the phone ordering. But the person couldn’t explain that to me before ending our call (Bad customer service). It also didn’t work for online ordering and wouldn’t reflect the coupon price even though it was accepted (scam to get orders?).

The only good thing ’bout them I can honestly say? They can follow the Papa Johns recipes, I guess, so food is still good. Delivery and customer service on the other hand is not that great. We now only do carry out…order, pay, leave.
