Just tried the newly managed Meet Fresh in Westminster and WOW — this place has seriously turned a corner. The fresh leadership has brought a noticeable boost in service, friendliness, and overall vibes. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about making our visit great — definitely an upgrade from past experiences. 
Best Items to Order:
• The Signature Icy Grass Jelly — perfect balance of sweetness and refreshing texture. 
• Double Taro Signature — taro lovers, this one’s a must! 
• Hot Red Bean Soup — warm, comforting, and rich in flavor. 
• Their Mango or Strawberry Shaved Ice — superb on a hot day! 
What really stood out was how smooth everything felt under the new team — orders were accurate, service was upbeat, and you can tell they’ve put effort into curing past service hiccups. The layout and ordering process are easy (kiosk ordering, quick turnaround), and the staff actually takes time to make good recommendations. 
If you’ve been before and weren’t impressed, give it another shot — the new management has breathed fresh life into this spot. Great place for desserts with friends or a sweet treat after dinner!

Easy parking since big parking, big menu with plenty of great choices. Order via Kiosk, easy and adjust the sweet & iced to your liking. Fast turnaround & didn’t interact with staff at all. Plenty of inside seating & also they do have outside seating too. Cute and upbeats decor with great vibe. Big and comfy booths. The drinks are good and dessert is okey, nothing special but great for nibbling over conversations with friends and/or family. Great hangout for sure.

Such a great spot! The service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is clean, cozy, and perfect for hanging out with friends.
What really stands out is the menu variety- so many more choices compared to other dessert spots, there’s honestly something for everyone. The soft serve and sorbet options are a huge plus too- light, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
Definitely a go-to place for dessert cravings. Can’t wait to come back again! ✨

Meet Fresh is hands down one of my favorite dessert spots. Everything tastes fresh and authentic, especially their taro signatures and also the boba drinks— you can tell they’re made with care and quality ingredients. The desserts aren’t overly sweet, which makes them perfect even if you don’t like heavy sugary treats. Also, very nice staff

Stopped by Meet Fresh in Westminster on a hot day with a discount coupon—but the visit was a disappointment. Staff were really impatient and unhelpful about using coupons.
Ordered the Grape Mango Shaved Ice ($15.75 with 25% off) and expected mango chunks, but mostly got under-ripe pineapple—hard, tart, and grapes-flavored was artificial tasting. On top of that, the printed menu doesn’t show prices, and you have to either download the app or see the counter menu which is super inconvenient.
Overall: poor service, misleading dessert, and I probably won’t be coming back.

Came here with family and they absolutely love it! Staff were attentive and super friendly! My drink is refreshing, and the waffle is a must-try. It is crunchy and tastes so good we will be coming back!!!

very unhappy with my order last friday! it came out pretty quickly so i was glad about that. but maybe it’s because i came in at 11pm (still a full hour before closing, with quite a few people coming in after me too), or because i chose a custom order, but the portion i got was really disappointing. the amount of melon jelly was fine. the sago, a little low in my opinion, but fine. extra toppings are $1 each, and i got exactly TWO (2) sesame rice balls and 8 rice balls. (yes i counted while i was eating, because i was that disappointed when i could visibly tell that there were very few toppings upon picking up my order) i don’t know if that’s the normal portion size but i really don’t think so??
oh and the kiosk said there were red beans included in the red bean soup base – absolutely no red beans in my bowl. will not come back to this location :)))) the bathroom was clean though. thank you meet fresh

Came here for dessert and ordered their Signature Shaved Ice — so good. The ice is super soft and fluffy, and the milk drizzle with the ice cream on top makes it extra creamy. I loved the mix of toppings — taro balls, sweet potato balls, grass jelly, and taro paste. Nothing is too sweet, which I really appreciate.
The place itself is clean and spacious, and it’s a great spot to hang out with family or friends. Lots of seating and a relaxed vibe. Always a solid choice when I’m craving dessert in Westminster.

Located in a busy strip mall with a lot of Vietnamese eatery. I get coffee from a few shops down. Meet Fresh is different than the rest is what makes it a great addition to the plaza. It is a great meeting place with friends and even for business meetings. I often like a less sugary snack after a meal and Meet Fresh hits the spot. This location is clean, spacious and staff is friendly. We ordered the Signature cold dessert to share with my friend and it was enough after a meal treat. Next time I would like to try other snacks. They have a variety of desserts, teas, and snacks.Can’t wait to come back.
