Worst Papa Johns Ever!
Placed a 50 dollar online order. Never received it! Called the store to find out what happened to my food? Spoke to manager and said it was delivered. I’m like no it wasn’t. I’m still sitting here with my money in my hand waiting to pay the driver. We’ll it’s been delivered he said again then followed up we can start u a NEW order for delivery. At this point I’m over two half hours in to waiting. I was NOT waiting another two plus hours again for the same results.
Also I’m allergic to the peppers they put in the box. Tell me why my box is loaded with peppers n juice on my pizza every time I ordered from them.
I always put on the very first line “ALLERGY! NO PEPPERS!”
So I think this location needs to do better for customer service, delivery, and learn to LISTEN to their customers the first time. Thank u.

Bought a 10 inch sausage, no taste to it. Sausage you could hardly see, very small pieces. Was prepare in 8 minutes???!!
I could just gone and bought me a home run pizza at jewels instead for 7 dollars instead of spending 21 dollars on this garbage.

Shaq a Roni as you can see in the picture hardly had a lot of pepperoni.then they pushed the 16″ when I wanted the 12.99 one.ended up paying $25.12 pizza is not Worth the price it was good and service for the pick up was very good.that was it! Girls in their did have their hair up or under a hat? Fast food code violation.

This place is horrible. This is what they tried to give me tonite……this was AFTER ordering well done and after I spoke with the manager Lexi about my last visit which was also a train wreck.
I check my pizza and see it’s like this so I ask them to put it back into the oven since it was clearly messed up, they hand it back to me after I have to wait longer for the oven like these pics show, before I leave the lot I picked up a piece and it’s like the photos. I go back in and show her.
She literally shrugged and said oh well nothing we can do about your pizza. Look at these pics and tell me this is something you would or could eat. Told her I’ve been eating at Papa Johns for over 30 years and I know exactly how it’s supposed to be and this isn’t it.
Last visit they waited till I showed up and told me 2/3 of my order was unavailable. Wth. As you can see I gave them several chances last visit and this one to make things right.
I said that to her if this is something you would eat she just looked at me and said I would eat it, well guess what now you can; give me a refund. I gave her several chances to offer to make a new pizza. She simply didn’t care.
Two visits in a row were train wrecks. Don’t waste your time if you expect customer service or even a pizza you can eat. Or a manager that gives a damn.

So disappointed with the service and food. The food was cold, sauces half full, papadias were cut incorrectly and barely had anything in them. Sad thing is this isn’t the 1st time. This location has gone downhill on food quality and custmer service. Ordering for a family of 6 is by no means cheap especially when your leaving a 10-15 dollar tip everytime and have a delivery fee. The delivery driver stacked the boxes up right on the top step so when you open the door they fell down the steps. He also forgot our pop. When we called the store to see about having them correct their mistakes which we never do because who wants to be that person… we got a we’ll put you down on the books for quality insurance just let us know next time you order.

Went in today to get my pickup order there was a couple people in line but chris got the job done and was so kind. He worked fast and got everyone out while dealing with everything on his own he kept a smile on his face and worked hard.

Used the app to order, said it was ready and when I went in to pick up, we had to wait almost 10 minutes for it to be done and they had 5 other people in there waiting for their orders too. But the food was delicious. The cheesesticks (cheesy bread) was awesome. Definitely ordering those again next time!

The kids that are managers are an absolute joke here. They blame everything on DoorDash and then charged us 2 delivery fees and when we called there is nothing they can do. So they just rob people. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLY MANAGED PIZZA PLACE.
