This used to be the best Papa John’s! Something has changed recently. On the 24th of October ordered pizza and waited over an HOUR for two pizzas. Everytime we went in she said it’s almost ready over and over again. Today ordered pizza and it was ROCK HARD. The crust and sauce made up half the pizza and it was super over cooked to a point where it was too hard to bite through.

The pizza was fresh and hot, and the crust was nice and soft. I really like their garlic sauce — it always makes the pizza better. The staff was friendly and my order was ready on time. Overall a solid experience. Not perfect, but definitely good and I’d order again.

Service was horrible!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER get pizza, wings, bread sticks or the cookie from here again!!!! Idk what was worst the customer service or the pizza! I would say Customer service! I waited over 2hrs for my pizza to be delivered and then the delivery driver didn’t know my address, called me and then acted as if I gave him the wrong address. I made the online order and kept reaching out to customer service on the phone, first time they answered and said my order would be here in the next 30 mins then 30 mins passed and I kept calling and calling from 3 different phones and no answer and once they answered they would hang up! I have screen shots of the calls and all my proof. NEVER ordering from here again. I also filled out the manager callback online from the feedback and no response still. It’s been over 2 weeks going on 3 weeks!!! Horrible service!!! And nasty cold food once it got delivered!

3rd time delivery orders can’t get delivered. They constantly blame doordash instead of fixing the problem. Leti has a attitude issue and can care less about customer service. I asked why they couldn’t call the customer to say they were having issues and I was accused of yelling and she was going to hang up. Sorry Papa John’s you just lost a long time cystomer!

I will give it a 0. The order was delivered late and incorrect food, pizza with no sauce and my drinks never arrived, upon realizing it I call to have them correct my order and they said they will only corrected if I were to send the pizza back for quality control? I forgot that part of the process on my order. Well after a long wait I got my second order, it literally was like a stew and same pizza that was wrong to start with! The delivery driver was questioning me and telling me there is nothing wrong with your order. Definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.

Ordered food online at 3:52PM. The website said delivery should be approximately between 4:33pm-4:43pm. I watched the tracker move through to preparing, and then just sat there. At 4:53, I called to check on the order and they put me on hold for 8 mins. I hung up and called back and twice they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. When I chose the automated option to speak to the manager, I was on hold for another couple of mins before someone answered. I asked about my order’s status, and they responded with “Do you want to cancel?”. I said I wanted my food, but they said they had no drivers. At this point my pizza was done +20 mins ago, so it was already cold. I asked if I waited, would the food eventually show? They said yes, but they had no drivers. I told them to cancel the order. They responded that the refund will take 3-5 business days and hung up.
This is not first time I’ve had this type of issue there (twice before), but this will definitely be my last. I was under the impression the previous instances were “one off” issues. Clearly this is standard operating procedure there. Under no circumstance should anyone get food from this store.

Tonight 12/31/25 at about 7:30p I went to pick my pizza up. My son wanted to try Papa Johns we’ve never had it before and this will be our last time. It was just terrible the pizza was dry they didn’t cut it and we ordered garlic bread sticks (YUCK) I swear a dog wouldn’t even eat those bread sticks. I really want to show the pic of food but it’s not giving me an option to upload pic

I wanna start off by saying I go to this location alot and never have and issues but man the fellas working in the kitchen tonight need a raise!! Picked up around 6:00pm came home had to of been the most perfect Papa John’s pizza ive ever had in my life!! We had got a original crust and a thin crust with breadsticks. Phenominal, just looked perfect,!! You guys are killing it!

just had to give the munster papa john pizza location a review, went there to pick up an order and lucky to have devito tanner prepare the order, but he was so conscientious and pleasant, immediately told me the status of my order and he was very impressive because he gave his all to do his job in a timely, professional and informative manner, as i have mentioned before in some of my reviews, employees who help make ordering, and pick up in a pleasant, timely manner and reflect that to the customer is refreshing, and devito really deserves to be recognized, good food has impact, but sometimes great service has a larger impact on customers returning
