Literally the best experience I’ve ever had at any papa John’s! The crew you have working here right now is top tier! I picked up pizza for my job and they were seriously so nice and enthusiastic from the time I walked in to the time I left! They even held the door for me on my way out! the crew working right now needs a raise because they are doing a marvelous job!

This store is a disorganized disaster. Placed a pickup order. When I showed up to pick it up, they couldn’t find it. Had pizzas lying everywhere and they were not even under heaters. The kid at the counter walked around the store looking for the pizza for 15 minutes before finally starting to remake it. Line of upset customers due to poor management.

Ordered, waited 30 minutes after arrival time to call. Told it was never picked up. Had to to re-submit order. After two hours finally got my 1 pizza and breadsticks. Called back to let manager know they still forgot sauces, and the breadsticks were way too overdone. He blamed it on door dash although door dash doesn’t cook the breadsticks or adds in the sauces? Picture attached. Probably won’t order again smh. For Zionsville this is a disgrace.

Always mess up the crust papa John’s at other locations have no issue serving the same thing everytime. But at this location they fail over and over. It looks like they didn’t use yest today.

Papa John’s can be awesome. This one is not. Been a customer for 10+ years at this location and it’s getting worse every visit. The last few were bad, but this was the last one. Ordered a couple pizzas. This is one of their “specialties”. My kindergarten math would say if 2/3 of the pizza is crust and 1/3 is toppings, then 2/3 + 1/3 = never coming back to this one. Not a surprise the recent reviews state the same. Glad I checked out the pizza quality before I headed home. Picture below.
