I’ve ordered from this new location 5-6 times and it’s gotten progressively worse instead of better. The crust is always too thin (not the famous crust that pairs perfectly with the Special Garlic Sauce), and skimpy on toppings (not quantity, just only covers 60-70% of the pizza). Not cut all the way through either. And the new app update doesn’t allow you to pay with a gift card, so have to select cash and then enter the gift card number manually in store – too much of a pain to deal with.

I don’t know if it was because of the weather but I ordered 2 pizzas and wings on Monday night. The pizzas looked and tasted like a typical frozen cardboard pizza I can buy at the store. The wings were tiny and not crispy. I could have purchased some digiorno pizzas and had a better experience. No more Papa John’s for me.

While the pizza is good & up to standard, Service is definitely lacking here. Sauce cups are dirty one sauce cup was busted in the box & just left to sit. Can definitely tell this place is Mismanaged & Lacking true Leadership. Hopefully Standards improve before people just choose another location

We keep trying this location but I think we are done. Pizza undercooked. Breadsticks- not sure what was going on but they were also undercooked and all abnormal sizes with some burnt.

Valentines Day lunch. Pork chops and Ribs were delicious. Tried fried pickles for a change from our usual cactus blossom. Tasty. Staff friendly, manager was checking on tables to see if everyone was good. It was busy but they were handling it well.

Gave this new location a chance and won’t be returning for a long time, if ever. The pizza wasn’t cut and looked as though it had been dropped on the ground. Big void spaces with no cheese and toppings. The toppings that were on the pizza were all squished up. The cramped lobby was chaos with a line nearly out the door. On the positive side, the app worked well to order and it didn’t take long to get my sorry pizza. Overall, a poor experience.

My first visit to the store when they first opened the pizza was absolutely perfect I left them a five-star review.
My next two visits the pizza were completely different they were burnt thin and as hard as a piece of cardboard.
My second visit they gave me a refund but I’m not even going to ask for a refund I’m just not going to come here anymore

This location was on point at the beginning but my last two visits have been disappointing.
My family loves this pizza but unfortunately this new location has not been delivering its traditional flavors.
My previous visit my pizza was extremely loaded with cheese, barely any pepperonis and was not very good because all we tasted was cheese!
This time it’s burnt, extremely thin, it’s not square cut as I requested, and lacking sauce and not enough cheese.
I really would like a refund or remake I’m disappointed for sure!

Ordered garlic breadsticks because of cravings. Very quick pickup and it was ready and hot when I got there. Only reason for 2 less stars is because the breadsticks were very small. Way smaller than I remember. And there was a significant lack of garlic sauce on them. They were extremely busy so I wasn’t going to bother them about it but I’ll definitely order in person instead of the app. Thanks Papa John’s
