Wife ordered a large bbq chicken pizza, extra chicken and a side of breadsticks for carryout. I went to pick it up, did not see breadsticks, asked for breadsticks, was told they didn’t see one on the order, I misread the sticker on the side of the pizza and trusted that they knew better and left. Came home to see no extra chicken, lots of extra jalapeno and to find out there actually was an order of breadsticks and a missing sauce. Tried to call and was repeatedly looped on hold for 15 minutes as if the phone was off the hook, 5 minutes waiting on the manager option and then another 10 on the place an order option. There were three employees that I could see and it’s a slow night up here. Unacceptable.

I ordered a pizza a few weeks ago and it took 2 hours to be delivered. I understood at the time being short staffed. Weeks later I get a promotion for a free 2 toping pizza to use online for delivery or pickup. I tried several times and it did not work. I called the 800 number and still had issues after she walked me through it! How easy it would have been if I could have gone into the store and purchased it with the card and been on my way! Papa John’s wants to make it difficult by saying online only! I will never do business here again or any other Papa John’s!

Ordered two extra cheese stuff crust pizza and I paid extra for extra cheese and they showed up to my house looking like this !!!! Called store and on hold for over 15mins still no answer sounds like they answer then place back on hold completely unprofessional service

Ordered pickup online. Got there when the status said ready and the pizza wasn’t even made. They proceeded to go ahead with the order, then forgot the extra sauces I paid for. On me for not checking everything. Got home and the breadsticks looked like baked cardboard too. Just a complete bummer.

This is the worst Papa John’s location I have ever been too, consistently bad and the employees are pissed off while they are working and let everyone know they are mad working there. Maybe management should hire more people if they are overworked or deal with poor working conditions. I will drive out of my way to go to the better Noblesville store.

My daughter placed an order which she was charged twice for at $50 each charge. Went to pick it up and was told they didn’t have an order and wanted her to place another order and pay another $50. Manager was rude, disrespectful, and not helpful in any way. When calling the store directly in an attempt to resolve this matter, manager again was extremely rude and was hung up on multiple times.

The lady there today with the blonde hair went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Wonderful customer service. She is certainly a person there that makes your customers want to come back. The pizza was very very good.

Ordered a pan pizza for the first time and it will be the last time, crust was horrible and not cooked all the way, not much sauce and way way way too much cheese. I will go back to the hand tossed. Not want I expected at all.

Absolute lack of effort from this store. Pizza was not cooked. Toppings look thrown on from a different room. Sauce is soaking into cold dough. Pizza didn’t fit in the box so they smashed it until it did. Both pizzas looked this way and again, both were not cooked. Shameful.

To the manager, or owner. I called on Tuesday Nov 4 to order a pizza to be delivered to where I work, the person who answered the phone spoke broken English couldn’t understand a word he was saying. So for future reference, please make sure they speak English and understand what the person is ordering.
