Just a few minutes ago I ended up going to this Dunkin because by where I live they didn’t have donuts left.
When I got here they had donuts but not enough with sprinkles and glaze for my grandchildren.
The man with light brown hair and light eyes didn’t get his name overheard me telling my husband and he offered to dip them and add sprinkles. I couldn’t believe it. Never has a Dunkin Donut shop done that for us. I am greatful and my Grandchildren will be so happy.

They often get the order wrong, and instead of apologizing, when I have to return the order, they just give a nasty attitude, not a friendly crew! The dining area inside is large, but every time I have gone…it is too filthy to sit and enjoy.

Terrible. Two times I went there the messed up my order. Not only did they not listen to me plead for my bagel not the be burned. Then proceeded to extraaaaaa burn it. The next day I recieved an old, stale, nasty muffin from the previous day. I come here on my 30 minute break to get some energy “breakfast”, not being able to go back and correct my order.
This Dunkin has disappointed me to many times. Will not be returning!

I stopped here on my way to work to get a coffee and a couple of wraps. I was short on time and figured it will be a quick process. I waited twenty minutes with only one other person in the shop in front of me. They have four or five people working at at time. This shouldn’t be happening.

By far my favorite local Dunkin’ donuts! It’s always crowded, but they are very quick super friendly and always happy every single day. I honestly wouldn’t go to a different one that was closer and more convenient for me just because the staff there is so nice. They’ve also never not had something I’ve asked for which is kind of rare a Dunkin’ Donuts these days a nice to have a reliable option. As far as Dunkin’ Donuts go, this is the number one Monmouth County location!

I love this Dunkin, I go there a lot with my friends sometimes in the morning before school. Recently this women named Alexa or Alex has been there and she isn’t the kindest person, she’s always cursing about customers in front of them, cursing at co-workers while in service, and called my friend stupid. The context behind it was she grabbed the wrong drink but, either way she would have had to remake it being the drink was made iced when he girl wanted it hot. Everyone else is really nice and I know how it feels with the morning rush but i would never curse at a customer or coworker especially while in service or call a customer stupid from a small mistake.
