Pizza is really good and the staff is super friendly. The company doesnt seem to care about their staff and has them working in 90+ temperatures. asked them about the ac and they said it’s been broken for years. You can see them dripping in sweat and I watched one of them pass out. Unbelievable. What a way to treat your employees

If I could give this papa johns 0 stars I would, the least helpful, the ugliest customer service I have ever felt with. I never even leave bad reviews but for the employee I dealt with to call me incompetent because I didn’t know how to use the online ordering system is ridiculous. I asked 3 different times for a thin crust pizza, ordered and paid for two separate pizzas, was told they would make it thin crust if it was ordered a large pizza so ordered and paid for a large and they still didn’t make it thin crust. I have never been treated so horribly by a business. I never once asked for my money back or a refund I just wanted a thin crust pizza. $40 later I have two incorrect pizzas, I would never order through them again.

I ordered my food and it didnt take very long to get here. When delivered the delivery man was very polite and waited around for a minute to make sure I had all my items that I ordered. My drinks were cold and my food was cooked very well and it was hot n fresh and tasted delicious. Thank you Papa John’s this was one of the best experiences I’ve had and seen from a pizza place in a while.
