I haven’t order papajohns in the past few months because my last order tasted so bad. We finally ordered from here tonight because we had papa dough rewards and I am more than disappointed. The first thing we acknowledge when looking at the food was it looked like it wouldn’t taste like anything. Just based on looking at it we were afraid it would be what now we expected it. It was exactly that the pizza is so flimsy and thin. It is too soft in the middle like it wasn’t cooked long enough. It j taste bland and bad. We will never come here again. After looking at reviews and seeing the same thing happened to someone three weeks ago is just embarrassing on your part. As that reviewer said I’m so glad the dominoes near by is great.

How hard is it to make a proper pizza? I just got a large original crust and of course it is so thin it doesn’t even hold shape. This is happening everywhere, places trying to save time and money by shrinkflation.
You have nothing without customers, do better or go out of business like so many others due to their dirty tactics shortchanging customers. This is unacceptable and I will never order from here again, good thing the dominos is good across the street.
17$ for a large pizza is robbery already, no need to make it super thin too.

For the most part we never call and complain about anything with the food as long as it’s correct, drivers are always very nice, but the managers never seem to be helpful or nice to you when you call.
Just ordered a johns favorite, which was good, and 2 zesty hoagie added bacon one with no Banana peppers and when I went to take them out of bag they were not wrapped in aluminum foil and they fell right onto my floor. They were a mess, pizza sauce everywhere, the hoagies were not even right. There was no Banana peppers on either one of them, barely any cheese or onions. And when I called the store the gentleman that was on duty as manager was very rude. Said they had new policy to not wrap hoagies anymore with aluminum foil. Then was giving me a hard time saying he would have to make a note in my account because I have had alot of recent credits which we haven’t had one since 2013. He noticed that and apologized but had an attitude about everything as if it was my fault.
I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality of food when I spend $40 at a time. Not sure how often I will be going back because I always have an issue anymore with the way the food comes to me and the customer service I get. The drivers are always very nice tho.
They did replace the hoagies and delievered them. It took amother hour to get to us but the second driver that delivered them was extremely amazing, wouldn’t even take the money we tried to give him for a tip for coming back out.

Waiting over an hour after pizza was suppose to be ready according to the Papa John’s tracker. Just keep being told another 20 minutes.

*Update, so after my bad review i left here on google i was called by a manger and was told they will no longer deliver to my address because i am 1 street out of thier delivery rage, i only live 11 minutes from them and have ordered now for a year and a half .

Amazes me how rude and incapable people are since the internet. It’s not like I’m 70 years old, but when I’m driving with my kid in the car I should be able to call to place and order instead of being told I have to order online.
Additionally what is the point of a tracker…if it says ready but when I get there I am told to wait 6 more minutes.

The pizza is normal papa John’s pizza good pizza, but more expensive than in the past. And the service is seriously lacking. I’ve had problems on multiple occasions. I recommend carry out. Delivery left mush to be desired if you want hot or speedy food.

I ordered 2 papadia’s and both came with hardly anything in it and I also didn’t get the pepperchinni that was supposed to come with them out there extra ones I ordered. Also ordered 2 extra garlic cups that I did not receive. Very disappointing.

I called to order a pizza was on the phone for 5-10 minutes telling me about specials, taking order, giving credit card numbers etc went to process and they tell me “I’m sorry we closed 1 minute ago we can’t order your pizza” are you kidding me!?!?!?! Why did you not tell me you were about to close when I originally called or if I took 2 minutes shorter id be able to order. This is so unprofessional. Taking someone through a 10 minute call and order only to say sorry we closed ONE minute ago is a huge waste of my time. You should have told me when I placed the call I’m sorry we close soon and are no longer taking deliveries, Id understand, the fact you took me through the entire process is incredibly infuriating
