Maineville PJs is the best compared to other PJs around. Delivery never fails. You can track it to your door and it is always piping hot. New York style crust is a great change up if you are bored with traditional crust and wanna change. Priced fairly. If you have a LM Panther card, you get 20% off. If you dont, go find a football player or cheerleader. They sell them at the beginning of the year.

We have had weeks of issues with this location from sauce leaking, to the way the slices are cut, to now hair in the food. We keep coming back thinking things will be corrected but we are let down over and over.
I have asked management twice and even sent a complaint to corporate about the sauce. Your workers keep putting the sauce cups in upside down and the heat from the pizza breaks the seal on the cups. This causes the sauce to leak out all over the box and pizza. It happened again tonight for my order. Please, it is a simple fix that requires no extra time, just put the sauces right side up.
After multiple weeks of poorly cut pizzas tonight’s was at least portioned more evenly than the past few times. The picture is an example of our pizza a couple weeks ago.
Unfortunately we also found 2 hairs in our order tonight, one in a breadstick and one in our pepperoni pizza.
We love Papa John’s and just ask that you slow down and put care back into the orders.

Hands down best Papa John’s experience I’ve ever had. I accidentally selected a topping I didn’t want not realizing until after I checked the orders progress, wasn’t a big deal if it was too late we would’ve ate it anyways because who doesn’t LOVE Papa John’s!? Anyways the guy that answered was super nice & understanding & didn’t even hesitate when he didn’t have to. I’ll drive the extra mile every time to come to this location. When you pay extra for peppers they give you what you pay for!!

I really like papa johns for the price but this location just sucks. Got their 9.99 carryout special somehow it was 10.99 not a good start but what’s a dollar. Pizza had 15lbs of cheese on it. Asked for it well done which is a joke at any papa johns because they won’t actually do it. So at the end of the day I’m out 11 dollars but it’s not even that it’s working all day just to come home to a nice meal and can’t even do that

This pizza was perfect! Cheese and pepperoni stuffed crust. Slices were cut pretty much the same size. Came hot and fresh. Great Job whoever made this on 5-22-22 an hour before closing! Mmmmm

Great staff who always make great pies. However I hate when Door Dash delivers instead of an employee. If I knew that was going to happen beforehand, I’d order carry out. This idiot called me from outside of my door instead of knocking like a normal person. The pizza wasn’t even in a hot bag. On another note, the boneless wings were awful tonight. Tough to chew. The texture was far from chicken. I think it’s raccoon.

The driver walked with purpose up to my doorstep and was very personable. The delivery was fast and the pizza was still steaming hot! I had a lovely dinner with my family thanks to this place, will definitely order here often. Thank you maineville papa johns 🙂

I placed an order online for delivery which was 2 large cheese pizzas, cheesy breadsticks, jalapeño bites and 2 extra pizza sauces on the side. I waited for 1 hour before calling to check up on why my food wasn’t delivered and come to find out the delivery driver that was a very young girl in a red four door Chevy car delivered to my neighbor home across the street, instead. So dude on the phone at Papa John’s said he would make my order again to be sent out. Come to find out as I am standing outside my home waiting, she the same delivery driver was about to make the same mistake twice and deliver to my other neighbor’s beside me. I was waving my hand, I mean how hard is it to find an address on Google maps etc these days? I called back telling dude at the pizza shop that my Cheesy breads weren’t with my order and he got very rude with me and started yelling at me on the phone saying “well you got free food, deal with it” when I at the time stated that my Cheesy breads weren’t with my order. I swear this Papa John’s is going to hell. About two days ago my husband and I witness a delivery driver pulling up to our other neighbor house on our street getting out his vehicle and we smelled a strong odor as he was definitely smoking pot on the job and probably mishandling customers orders. About 20 minutes later, here the same delivery driver came back to my neighbor house to hand her the order Papa John’s messed up on. So this isn’t just happening to me, others to…Papa John’s get your act together and start hiring better people. Others stay far away from this location in Maineville or go pick your own foods up.

Lovely store! Was here last week when visiting family and they were so nice. I love the general manager Brandon and the boy André gave me my pizza as soon as I walked in! Very clean store will definitely come here every time I am in Ohio 🙂 Happy Pizza!
