Got the Grand Papa pizza and some cheesesticks. Ill start off by saying that everyone there was very freindly and it wasn’t a bad experience by any means. I will be going back again as I enjoy their pizza and its always very quick and a good price. I tried a different pizza than normal and I just didn’t enjoy it. It was over cooked and not a ton of sauce. The cheesesticks were also a little on the done side. I still ate it and it was ok, just not the best that I’ve had from there. I’ll go back to my usual and be just fine.

I have ordered from this papa John’s for years and I have never had a problem. I recently ordered from there and got their Oreo bites that doesn’t taste like Oreos at all. I gave some to my daughter who bit right into it to find plastic inside. I gave them feedback and had someone respond back to me. I was supposed to get a credit on my account (as of the 4th) and I have not received the credit as of today (the 14th). 10 days and no response or credit. If you would like food without plastic baked into its products, this is not the place for you.

The Shaqaronni pizza was bad. It tasted like someone dumped an entire container of Shaker cheese on it. The other thin crust pizza was so hard you couldn’t eat the bottom crust.

Pizza was great..the Philly papadia? Not so much. There’s little to no meat in it. Looks like a poorly made flatbread pizza when you open it up. Paid for Italian sausage added in as well, and there is none in there. Husband bit into it and basically got all bread and nothing else.

They forgot the extra garlic butter paid for, and were slow to cook it this time. Usually no problems though.
Edit, forgot the pepperoni this time. I’d say for any order other than cheese or plain pepperoni it’s 50/50 something is missing or wrong.
Edit 2, they forgot the pepperoni again, it’s been a few months, so I forgot I have to check everything on them sheesh, I never have to give one-stars, but they can’t even do a pepperoni pizza, so why bother. I expect this one to go out of business and I won’t be mad driving further.

Can someone please explain to me why I was charged $8 a pc for 9 Papadias that were CLEARLY advertised for $7?! I even asked the cashier about it and pointed to the sign that was in the window that CLEARLY said $7 and she still charged me $72. I only paid because my kids were hungry otherwise I would’ve just pulled off and went somewhere else. I don’t have a problem with them being $8 but why advertise them as $7? Yeah that was my last Papa John’s visit!

This Shaqaroni pizza was trash. And 8 wings for 9 dollars for these tiny wing dings are the worst. They remind me of wings you can purchase from Aldi already cooked and just reheat in the oven same sauce and all. The pizza was not the normal papa Johns that I remember from back in the day.

The people here have absolutely no clue what the hell they’re doing. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and they gave me a cheese pizza. When I tried to get the order corrected they told me I never paid when I literally paid for and picked up this order 15 minutes ago. They wanted me to come back out and give them the old pizza and remake it instead of just giving me credit or something. Worthless. Never ordering from this location again unless they set this right.
