My pizzas were oddly cut. My gluten free pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. My other pizza was missing toppings. I cannot believe the state of these pizzas. This is embarrassing!!!! Papa John’s…. Do better!

So I’ve been coming to this location since I can remember probably 10+ years. Tonight just sucked. I ordered my papadia on the app at 8:45ish I got to the location around 9 I got told it’s gonna be another 15-20 minutes so I pulled around the building like a considerate adult. So boom I let 15 minutes pass so I go to get back in line and ended up waiting an additional 30+ minutes as I’m typing this it’s currently 9:45 so I’ve been waiting now 45 minutes. I get it it’s Friday night but locking the door isn’t the answer because I would’ve came inside and grabbed my order instead of waiting 40+ minutes on my order this is wild.
Update 1: it’s now 9:45 I’m still stuck in this line. Again would’ve been nice to have the option to just go inside since I’m almost 95% certain that I’m going to end up getting cold food at this point.
Update 2: it’s 9:47 I just now received my order the sticker shows I ordered it at 8:39…that’s a whole hour and 10 minutes later. Unacceptable

Love the cheeseburger pizza the papa John’s by my house is out of burger sauce so I call two different papa John’s and none of them will put the cheeseburger pizza on thin crust! What’s the big deal? We ordered food for delivery on 7/7/25 and it arrived 30 minutes late. Food was cold enough to the point of needing re-heated. We reached out to customer service, but they have not responded after their initial email from 7/9/25. Terrible experience and no customer service response.
