The employees are awesome and it’s a shame they have to deal with customers literally yelling at them and cussing them out because they are busy and customers have to wait. People wonder why places are short staffed well would you want to be cussed out for doing your job? We are not machines or robots. It takes time to make food especially when you have 25-30 order and each order has 5 or more items plus all items need to bake these aren’t 3 minute microwave items. Next time you have to wait please check the order screen and see how many orders there actually are and if you want to complain do not tell lies!

wouldnt even give one star. went in for a doordash, they kept telling me ten more minutes. was in there for a good 25 minutes. the worker, told me to reassign because the order wasnt even started. so i did. got another order, my boyfriend went in to get it, told him it was gonna be an hour wait!!!? they were rude, ignorant, unsanitary, they were eating food & playing with themselves. then proceeded to say “we’re banned from the store”. reported them to doordash & doordash tried to call them and of course no answer.

Was told I would have my order in 30min. Got it a 1:15 latter. Pizza was barely warm. My cinnamon dessert was cold and hard. The lady that took my order the first time hung up on me. I had to call back. Not happy at all.

We have been going to this papa John’s for years. This is the 1st time I have ever had a bad experience. Go big or go home. My pizza came out of the back of a SUV and it was cold. Then we bring it up to my kitchen….it is wrong. We try to call the company. They make you push option 5 for the manager. Not 1 but 2ce I was on hold for 10mins or more. Matter a fact I am waiting on hold as I write this review.
