I haven’t ordered Papa John’s in some time. I was surprised to have my order taken by an offshore call center, and the person barely spoke English. I picked up the pizza, rushed home, only to find the two most disappointing pies I’ve had in a while. Both were missing banana peppers. I would blame the call center, but one of the pizzas had banana peppers listed as an ingredient for the house pizza. Now, the real issue is that both pizzas were half-cooked. The crust was like eating white bread. The pepperoni was completely uncooked, as if it had come straight from the package. It cost a lot of money to have to use my air fryer at home to finish cooking the pizzas. Good Luck if you order from Zanesville Papa Johns on Maple Ave.

Horrible customer service from a girl named Austin. Rude as can be, the put an ungodly amount of onions on a pepperoni pizza and refuses to remake it because that’s what she rung it up as.

Called to see if there was any way to mix the buffalo sauce with the honey chipotle wings. They advise they wouldn’t be able to which is understandable. I’ll be perfectly fine with just tossin em in a bowl & mixing em myself. Asked if I could get the wings extra wet cuz sometimes it’s lacking in sauce. They advised they wouldn’t be able to. I could purchase more sauce & put it on myself. A lil frustrating but I get it I guess. So instead of getting my buffalo says which I asked for on the order as well as when I called to see if they could just mix it, I get ranch. Don’t even like ranch… but I love papa johns & they’re always really nice here. -1 star cuz the bare minimum customer service. -1 star cuz I didn’t get the buffalo sauce. 3 stars cuz I love the food.

Ordering online is so scary now days. This Papa John’s took the fear away. I can track my order, which was fast! And my delivery driver was so great she brought plates and napkins! Just love it!
