I ordered extra sauce and extra cheese and did not receive either. All toppings were very light, except the banana peppers, there were plenty of those! It took them a while to find my order when we went to pick it up. Employee was friendly.

I have the money in my hand and he kept asking how I would like change.I already decided to give him a tip plus a tip. Any who I said let’s exchange at the same time. He was hold my pizza in the bag instead taking it out so we could exchange money for product. Like a stand off. Lol

My first time ordering here, I picked up in-store. The online ordering was easy, and my order was done on time and tasted good when I got back home. Was a little confused by the parking area, but that’s mostly because there are other businesses and an apartment complex that all seemed wedged together with Papa John’s. No matter, we parked, went in, and were back out with our order within a couple minutes.

So friendly! Very clean store in fact one of the cleanest papa John’s I’ve been too. And they add those free hot peppers and one or two free dipping sauces. My delivery customer was very happy and had order it from over 20 minutes away which must mean something about this papa John’s.
Plus they’re one of my favorite pizza chains.

Ordered a pasta dish and it was delivered like this. The manager did offer a refund or replacement that’s why I gave 3 stars. However the inconvenience is why I still posted. I did NOT eat the pasta because I felt like it had met the ground. Hopefully the delivery driver will be more careful in the future or at least have the decency to say he had an accident instead taking my tip like he did a good job.
