Honesty is always the best policy. This morning I went in and asked for chocolate frosting to be added to the French crullers that I was purchasing. The flamboyant gentleman proceeds to tell me they dont do that because they don’t have chocolate frosting or time to do that. There was literally two people inside and I know that not only do they have chocolate frosting but they do it all the time. Last weekend they took 2 coffee rolls off the rack and took them to the room to the right of the donut rack and frosted them for me.
If your just plain lazy just lead with that. Dont lie and tell your customers that you don’t do that AND there is no frosting. Makes you look like a ostentatious idiot.
Next time just be be truthful.

Poor experience. Asked for bagel with no cream cheese extra toasted, and got a spongy bagel with extra cream cheese. Don’t even try to get a bagel, they literally taste like old bread. Brunette girl at the window had a poor attitude. Coffee was ok though, but it’s a coffee place, so kind of the bare minimum? lol.

Zero customer service. No one else in the store except for me and my family standing there waiting to order. They were changing the drawers which is totally fine but we weren’t even acknowledged. We stood there for maybe 5 mins without so much as a “we will be right with you” let alone someone looking at us. It’s really awkward to stand face to face with people and they act like you aren’t there. It was weird and so we left and went to the Dunkin’ down the street. Just really rude, managers train your people.

I give them one star because today I went through the drive-through there was a guy working with a black T-shirt and he had an attitude because I gave him a dollar bill and three dollars and change he goes is it even counted I said yes I just wanna let you know. This is very annoying Because he had to count it out. I told him I work from check to check every week. I’m sorry this is all I have he goes. Just wanna let you know. This is too annoying guy just had an attitude bad customer experience. I’ll never go there again.

Waited 15 mins in store for an mobile order they told me they were making it for those 15 mins. It was promised by a certain time it wasn’t it was 3pm and 5 people on. Order was 2 large ice coffees and pretzel sandwiches. Poor service I always go down street to other Somerset Dunkin. No name tags either.

This location is run by an absentee franchise owner. They will mess up your order and nobody with real authority will respect your business. Go to another one. There are plenty of Dunkins to choose.

I don’t know what has gone on here within the last month and a half but the service is absolutely terrible. You go through the drive-through sit there for a half an hour then they hand you a coffee that’s not stirred and food. That’s not even remotely hot someone needs to get an actual adult or some kind of management system in here cause this has been terrible lately!!!!!

This Place ALWAYS dissapoints. Extelremely slow service with a line around the building(not that theres so many people coming here its just that slow). Messy and unclean If you actually watch the food assembly going on from drive thru window. No glove changes and hand washes between taking money and touching food or the register. As it’s less than a half a mile from me I’ll try every few months to ‘give em another shot’ just to be disgusted again. Today I had to repeat my order 3 times to a low ‘whuhh’ in response only to have my coffees still wrong and remade, again only to still end up with 1 wrong coffee. Everyone working there should be downright ashamed with their performances, thanks for serving up all that brown water for us in somerset like we can’t get that from the tap.
