Honestly, the best pizza experience I’ve had in the U.S. was from Papa John’s! The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was simply unbeatable. In my opinion, this is the best pizza place in town. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves top quality and great service!

Small building along a strip. No bathrooms or sitting space. Employees look like they hate life. I added spinach as an extra topping at $2.05 to get maybe 8 small pieces. Not my top choice for pizza places but we had a gift card.

This place has absolutely some of the most rudest people working the front there. I’m pretty sure this lady said she was an assistant manager. All she needed to do was just remake my order that they completely butchered instead. She made a huge deal about it for some god-forsaken reason so I ended up having to call the corporate number who then sent some sort of email to the franchise operator and now I have to wait like four to five business days for that to get responded to when realistically they should have just remained my order for completely butchering it. I have no idea why the difficulty and why the hoops jumping through but this is totally uncalled for. I’m never going to return back to this. Papa John’s

I waited over 30 minutes for my food, even after ordering the food prior to me getting in there. When I got home, the chicken was undercooked and the boneless wings look like chicken nuggets. And the young kid at the register was so rude. 1 out of 10 I would not recommend.

I simply ask if she can bless me with something to eat because I’m homeless. She ask me if I would like a pepperoni pizza and I simply said yes and and asked her will she be willing to add chicken. This very low disrespectful ungrateful person got smart with me then walked off to the back, leaving me standing there. She absolutely needs to be terminated. I ordered a pizza for delivery from this store. I received an email to watch the Papa Track to track my order. On my papa track page it said the pizza was on its way for 30 minutes. I walked away and left my phone and it turns out that the app will keep telling you the pizza is on its way, and show that it’s still at the store, even if the pizza is at your front door. The person texted me once and then left because by the time I got out there 5 minutes later, he was gone. I called and they said I had to place another order and get refunded for the previous one. Then said that they called me twice, when I know for a fact all I got was a text. The mamager on the phone was rude and lied about their driver. Papa Johns has sadly lost my business tonight.
