This Panda Express has no sense of urgency. Took 20 minutes for me to get my food, and even then they were stingy on the portions. The panda on Holman road in the QFC makes the boxes rip at the seams, the one here makes me regret spending a whole Hamilton on it. Just go across the way to the chipotle.

We stopped before the mall opened at 11:00 on Sunday and no other place was ready to open fifteen minutes early except for Panda Express. They were very happy to serve us early as the food was ready to go. They were very helpful and it was nice to have entrees with vegetables. There was plenty of food, nice stop!

2 ppl isn’t enough on a Friday to serve customers and be a cashier. Have seen 5 ppl wait few minutes and leave after they saw the line isn’t moving. It sucks for drivers who have to wait it sucks for families with kids who have to stand for 20 minutes to get a freaking food that will give them diabetes. Its a mall do better

Panda Express is known for quick food, but my recent experience was disappointing. They served burnt noodles and vegetables. Instead of discarding the burnt food, they served it to customers. Quality needs serious improvement.

They had no chowmein and didn’t answer when a new batch was being made. The honey walnut shrimp was both extremely stale and had no walnut. They forgot the 3rd entree and we had to order it separately. Told me I had to pay for a fortune cookie which is ridiculous cause you can buy a 1000pack in restaurant depot for 20 dollars. Lady side-eyed me which I expressed my concerns. GG panda express you’re cooked.
