In town during lunch. Parked here (in the empty lot) to get pizza for my kids, but had to walk across the street really quickly first to complete an errand. Got to the edge of the lot when general manager comes out of the store yelling that she’s going to tow my car. I calmly told her I’d be right back to order my pizza. She nastily tells me if I don’t leave with a pizza she’ll have my car towed. I ask her for the owner’s name and she claimed not to know who owns the store. I ask her for the manager’s name and that is when she nastily identified herself as the “general manager.” I am not a student; school is not even in session. There is a whole empty parking lot right across the street if I didn’t want a pizza. Left in my car, completed my errand, returned and ordered my pizza. Young man making pizza was nice, delivery driver helped me leave parking lot in traffic. This “manager,” instead of taking the opportunity to apologize for her extremely unprofessional behavior, just repeatedly gave me dirty looks the entire time I was in the store. Since she didn’t know who the owner was, it could have easily been me. Or I could be a mystery shopper, President of the University next door, or editor of the local newspaper. Point is when you are working for someone else, especially in a public-facing position of authority, you need to keep your nasty, low-class personality to yourself. I wouldn’t think the owner would approve of the manager running outside threatening customers or potential customers, but I understand if times require scraping the bottom of the barrel for help. Definitely not a “people first” experience.

My order was wrong nothing about it was right. Went in to speak to a manager after spending $49.I was told that the young man I was talking to was the manager Shawn he was beyond RUDE imagine taking your teenage daughters and a couple of their friends in to pick up pizza and the “manager ” trying to get their phone numbers? While being talked to rudely about a wrong horrible order you just picked up and never left the parking lot with before you realized it was not even edible and being told that you were in the wrong? DO NOT GO THERE YOU WANT EDIBLE FOOD AND HAVE TEENAGERS WITH YOU!PAPA JOHN’S ARE YOU GOING TO FIX ALL OF THE ABOVE ISSUES? Is it alright to throw away almost $50.00 on pizza you would not let your cats eat and feel safe taking your teenagers to go into ever again?

I had placed an online order with a pickup time scheduled later. Once the order was placed, it stated my order would be ready in 25 min. Literally, 4 min after that, i called them to ask them to delay the order because my time did not reflect that, they told my my pizzas were in the oven. How is it possible to put sauce on them, topping on them then in the over for 5 pizzas. The team over here are extremely rude!! Brooklyn, who is one the the managers there talked in the rudest tone. I ended up having to pick up the pizzas and give the kids at my kids party cold pizza. I will never be going to this location again. Also, if your pizza is ready in 4 min, it tells me they are not fresh!!

This place is probably the best pizza place in the city. It is a bit of a challenge getting in and out of their parking lot, but they are super fast and I have literally never once had an issue with one of my many orders from this location.

They wouldn’t take a 50 dollar bill on an order that was 32 dollars. Like if they are so worried about how big the bills are why not have their drivers carry a counterfeit marker. Because I was a delivery driver and I know they have change for any amount given.

Ordered 1 large pizza for carry out at 6pm. Was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Showed up at 630pm and was told it would be another 15mins. Well it’s now 7pm and I’m still sitting in the parking lot waiting. Ordered the Shack o roni Saturday august 28th. Had only two pepperoni on each slice and tasted like the box it came in. We always get this when it’s available but after this experience not wasting our money anymore. Sad you guys are doing this now! Pizza companies are skimping All the time now even on special’s .
