It’s too pricey. I only stop in a pinch for something. Domino’s would crush them if we had one there. I like using papa dough. One medium Philly steak pizza was $20. Carryout! And I used a free papidia code and didn’t receive it either.

They are by far the slowest pizza place in existence. We hadn’t ordered from the in quite some time (they’ve been slow in the past and the cheese sticks are usually mostly bread), but we decided to try them again tonight. We ordered two pizzas at 6:30. It is 8:10 and they just arrived. For the price you pay, it’s not worth it. We are officially done with ordering from this location.

Called and ordered 2 large pizzas was told 15-25 minute wait. We waited 20 minutes, drove down to pick up pizza and waited another 45 minutes only to be told our order had not been made yet and it was going to be a while longer. Several other people in the lobby was experiencing the same issues. Poor customer service, rude employees, I’m glad we are just visiting family and don’t have to deal with this place anymore! If this is how the manager runs the business I would not order from here!

Waited 90 minutes for pizza, called after 1 hour to check status and was told it was ready and getting ready to leave store. ( We live 2 miles away) after 30 minutes we called back because it had not been delivered. We were them told that it had not left yet and was waiting for another pizza to deliver and that the deliveries had to be paired up with another order. 20 minutes later it showed up cold and returned it. Called the store and said they would refund and sorry. It took 10 minutes for this conversation because the on duty manager couldn’t take the time to listen to our issue and didn’t really seem to care. We won’t order from this place again, the last time we had same result and hoped that it was just a one time thing. Seems like it is the norm.

Slowest, mediocre pizza place around. Delivery drivers seem to do their best but the people in the store are rude and don’t seem to ever know what’s going on. Got hung up on when I ordered delivery through the app and got a notification that my food was ready for pickup. I called and said that my order was for delivery not carry out and they immediately hung up on me. Added footnote their chicken wings are garbage.

I am a loyal Papa John’s customer. Tonight I ordered 3 large pizzas and a cheese stick. Online it said my order was ready , I live 30 mins away. When I show up to receive my order, it wasn’t ready. He told me just a few more mins and it’ll be done. Then after 15 mins he says oh they forgot the Supreme. It’ll be 15 more minutes. I patiently wait as the young man apologizes. My cheese sticks were old and rubbery. And my Supreme what sausage on it and it was cold. I tried to call the store with no answer. Please someone assist me with this matter.
