My mom, wife &I stopped in to get some cheese breadsticks and boneless wings! We were treated by Autumn, the GM. She was super helpful and had amazing customer service! Our food got finished in a out 15 minutes(super fast).

The employees seemed like they’d rather be any other place, they weren’t friendly either. Took a super long, and I mean completely absurd time to get my order. The pizza was doughy, not of the things on top, pepperoni and so on, weren’t even lukewarm. and it looked like it was just thrown together and heated under a heat lamp.
I will never go back, and if this is how this place runs, I would advise anyone looking for pizza, to go about anywhere else.

I usually give Papa a five star, but the last 2 times I order it was during dayshift the pizza wasn’t nearly as good, wasn’t cut how I asked , had to wait behind someone who came in after me when my order was ready ♀️ so I’ll be doing my ordering in the evening from now on.

Staff was very rude, I saw her smoking in the back. Not outside the back door but inside where they were folding boxes. The pizza was not well done as I had ordered. we didn’t get garlic butter with our order and when I went back in she said it would be another 75 cents. Another time i ordered at 9:25 pm and they refused my order. They do not stay open until 10pm like it says.

Great place to eat. My pizza is always fresh and if there is ever a problem, they go the extra mile to provide great service. The manager there has tremendous people skills knowing her customers and remember certain details about their preferences.

ordered a pizza on the app and we went to try to track the order and it wouldn’t let us so we called the store and was told they would call us when he was on the way to the hospital to drop it off to us. we got no call and they left it on one of the hospitals food service things and didn’t tell the front office person and she didn’t know it was there. so i called the store back and they won’t do anything about it. it didn’t ask for a number when the order was placed. so now we’re stuck with cold pizza bc they wouldn’t refund us out send a new one.the person i spoke with first was very nice about it and she transferred it to i think a manager and she was very rude.

We arrived and we were told the pizza would be about 25 minutes later than what the app said when we ordered. Then went back in after and was told it’d be another 25 minutes. So it’s gonna be close to an hour before we get our pizza. Absolutely terrible.

Twice tried to order pizza from this location only to be told it would be 1 1/2 hr wait. So that was fine I couldn’t wait that long and didn’t order. A few weeks later I ordered as soon as the store opened the woman took my order and told me it would be ready in 30 mins so when I go in the store to pick up my pizzas. The woman asks if I had the call in I say yes only to be told that she didn’t make one of my pizzas because she didn’t know what toppings was supposed to be on it even after taking my name and number over the phone and me telling her what I wanted on it. I’m done ever attempting to give this location my business ever again. I like Papa John’s but I’ll NEVER give this location a chance again. Morellis will get my business from now on

One of our pizzas was great and the other awful. The woman even told me they had heard one up and were remaking it so I’m not sure what happened there. I had a terrible time trying to pay for my online order. Their employees didn’t know how to help me with their online sight. I honestly don’t understand why companys offer better deals when you order online and force people to create accounts and use their credit cards.. it makes no sense to charge double for calling in an order. They still have to make it, deliver if preferred..

Would give a 0 if I could. Quality at this location just does not exist. GM checks out customer then goes back over to counter and start handling the pizza dough to begin preparing another pizza crust. Delivery drivers come back in restaurant from making delivery only to not wash their hands but will start handling the pizza boxes and placing food into boxes to be serve with dirty hands. This location definitely needs ATTENTION to HYGEINE. They will either burn your food or rush it thru the oven to come out only half done. I will never be back to this location again. Very poorly managed.
