I love the food and drinks here, and the workers have always been kind to me. If you’re looking for something cheap, this place might not be for you. Even though the cost for drinks might be too much for me to make this place a regular stop, it’s still worth passing by and getting a boba every now and then. Their brown sugar milktea is the best! Definetely recommend. I’ve also noticed there is so updated menu online so I will post one here.

I’m going to chalk it up to a bad time of the day or something because they had really bad matcha the one time I went there. It’s dark green almost brown and tastes real bitter. Kind of like Starbucks but worse. Then it was more expensive? If you have matcha at home, just do that or find somewhere else(like espresso geaux).
Also didn’t feel very comfortable ordering but maybe that’s just how they treat everyone. Not sure if it was the owner or not but there was a dude just silently standing near the register watching me. Never did speak. Even the cash register lady never really said anything other than “what do you want”. Maybe I just looked like the type of folks they don’t like. And maybe they have decent tea and just awful matcha. Either way, not a good experience at all. Definitely won’t be trying again.
One more thing. Ordered two matchas for 20 dollars! and they were both almost half empty at point of service and everything about them was awful. The matcha powder itself seemed worse than jade leaf. My girlfriend had Boba in hers and she said it was the worst Boba she’d ever had. We really wanted to like this place. We just couldnt.

The workers are friendly and awesome (always recommending the best drinks)! The milk teas and other drinks are on the sweet side so request for less sugar if you’re not into it, waffle ice cream is so good and fluffy! There’s room for improvement since they’re one of the few places that does the waffle bubble in BR (or near).

Awesome drinks every time. Customer service is hit or miss. Most times I get great service, fast. One time, an employee made my drink without the two key ingredients because they ran out of one, and she “didn’t like” how the fruit looked. Yet she made no mention of either in advance, made the drink and sold it to me as-is. When I noticed it before even putting a straw in, she explained why she made it that way, and made no attempt to see if I wanted something else instead.

The workers are friendly and reliable, y’all should try the signature and Japanese milk teas they taste very relaxing, the classic fruit teas are calm and refreshing as well.If y’all haven’t tried the ice cream waffle it is delicious, it taste so soft and the right amount of cold, and the ice cream makes me feel happy, especially when I eat it with my friends. Great atmosphere, awesome customer service, and absolutely AMAZING milkteas!!! It’s also a great place for diabetics. They let you choose how much added sugar they use (or you can choose 0%). It’s one of the few places I can order sweet treats off almost the whole menu and not compromise my sugar levels! I’ve already been twice in 2 days, lol. Everyone should definitely go check out King Kong!
