I purchased a large pepperoni pizza which tasted decent but the crust was kind of burnt. Now for the wings they are terrible! They were soggy and mushy. They look nothing like they are advertised! First bite had a weird chewy part in it and was spit out immediately. Iv had Walmart nuggets taste better. The nuggets need to be improved or taken off the menu.

I was in town at a nearby hotel so I ordered from here. It was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had some pretty lousy pizzas. First of all when you call it’s not even the local store. It was a foreigner that didn’t even u dreamt and me. It was 35 mins late. I asked for plates and napkins and they didn’t bring that. The pizza was cold, hard, barely any cheese or toppings on it. Do even waste your time!

DoorDasher beware, this store does not double check orders before you pick them up for the customer, and as a customer they don’t look out for you, they care more about having the DoorDasher confirm the order then they do about making sure your order is correct.
As the DoorDasher you can expect to confirm the order before you’ve even seen it, you can expect that you won’t be able to ask for confirmation that the order is correct, and you can expect that they won’t tell you there’s drinks on the order if you happen to not look at the order because you’re in a hurry since they’re already rushing you to confirm the order.
They will not let you bag the pizza for the customer before taking a picture of the bag, so the customer gets a picture of the empty bag, you have no defense that you picked up the pizza in the event of something going wrong, and you can expect every time that the pizza will be held hostage until you confirm, leaving you to check the items of the order after.
P.S. The manager is the worst about this.

DoorDash drivers be prepared to get treated as a pizza thief from the moment you hit accept. Their employees demand you confirm that you have picked up before you ever see the order. They don’t want to allow you to take receipt/order pictures or verify the order. They tell you that’s not necessary. That is falsifying documents…don’t let them jeopardize your job! They will physically stand between you and the door, keeping you from leaving. They will yell at you, speak to you like you are trash and act like their pizzas are made of pure gold. They will follow you outside. I have called DoorDash to file a complaint due to multiple visits receiving the same attitude from different employees. I am not there to steal their food, I am there to provide for my family. Nothing else.
Papa John’s should be ashamed and concerned for the way their employees treat 3rd party drivers. Their professionalism is an embarrassment to your company and their actions are dangerous. You should probably address these issues with them and consider more training, especially in customer service.
After the way I have been treated, I will not be a paying customer and most likely won’t be a dasher for this location.

Used to order from Papa Johns all the time and ordered a cheese pizza this evening. We will never be ordering from there again. Absolutely disgusting. Not cooked long enough. It’s doughy and greasy. Not even edible.
