So I walk in and I see my pizza sitting on the counter with my name, but the lady in there is hollering that she doesn’t have time to look and to give us our pizza so the waiting room is full of people and I say, ma’am, I can see my pizza sitting right there and she says no that’s not your pizza it’s not been made yet. Proceeds to walk over and check it and guess what they’re my pizza set and I had to wait on her to make five pizza but before I got my own Come on man get a grip

So my mother’s order was superb. However I ordered Philly Cheese Steak and been vomiting and diarrhea all night and morning. The delivery was quick I will say that less than 30 minutes. However I have gotten food poisoned 6x there. I am done…. They do their best with what they have. Saying this I am certain my green peppers and onions were old and only 3 pieces had steak on them. The other food was good. However their pizza is always awful.

Worst service ever. This is now the third time I’ve tried to order. An hour later I will get a call saying they don’t have a delivery driver, but they passed my order on to DoorDash, well they never show up, so instead of being able to plan something else for dinner, sit til 9:30 and then get a call being told “oh your out of luck but call back and we will give you a discount” really appreciate the horrible service. Don’t take delivery orders if you don’t actually have someone to make them.

Upon calling this place for delivery, the woman that we talked to over the phone was more than polite. After ordering our dinner it arrived in less than 30 minutes which is awesome and it was still hot so it was kept fresh which is really good. The delivery woman was beyond nice to us. I would chose this place again for my dinner in the future just because the food is great and the employees are polite and know how to take care of their customers better than any place I have ever seen so far for take out.

I have eaten at this location ever since they opened up, This place has had it’s up’s and down’s but the crew always tries their best. There have been times where the food comes out just horrible, but most of the time they do a good job. My recent order was their Shaq-a-Roni Pizza and it was delicious.
Try not to read into the reviews too much and give this place a try, I believe they do a good job and food is great. I always leave a tip for the staff so i hope you do the same.

I love Papa John’s! The shaq a roni is awesome and the jalapeno poppers are the best! They have always been fast about getting my order its always been fresh!

Typically good pizza, lackadaisical staff makes it tough to get orders correct at times, still an above average location.

Pizza was good, but it wasn’t $44 good.

Poor delivery service. We ordered a pizza online- thirty minutes later, delivery status showed delivered, but it hadn’t been…called two additional times, each time being told driver was getting ready to leave. An hour and twenty minutes after placing the order, my husband had to go get it. Folks, it’s only .2 miles from where we live! We hadn’t ordered there in a while because of long delivery in the past- then concern with COVID- but we won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Giving them a one star is generous. Whomever (minus the customer) is looking at

I ordered a Mushroom and onion pizza, on the box it was labeled mushroom and onion, the pizza had green peppers and Pepperoni. I called and after being put on hold several times the manager stated she would make another pizza if we brought the first pizza back. No apology was given. So our time and money waisted fixing a mistake that they should have fixed. When we asked to speak to the manager we were told she was gone. I have work in food service and if you want a real manager who traines employees correctly and with manners, I will be than happy to step in. She should have offered to have the new one delivered or even offered an apology for THEIR mistake. Not good management. Please find someone who knows how to properly run a store and knows what good customer service is.
