amazing employees. i put in a catering order that was around $150, and i arrived at the scheduled time to find out someone had taken it 30 minutes earlier, claiming it was theirs. the employees were apologetic and remade an order for 24 sandwiches in under 15 minutes. they did a great job and it’s not their fault if they aren’t instructed to double check orders.

Went there for lunch, only two people working, they had the pickup shelf full and 10 people in line and they kicked ass. They should get $40 an hour for the work they do. Tip the hell out of them, because they don’t.

Have been to this location 2x so far. What a difference between going during the day and going at night. Daytime: Fast friendly accurate order. Night: Lots of workers just having a good ol time Very friendly but it took longer to assemble sandwiches between conversations with each other and club sub didn’t have bacon . Not a big deal Still a good sandwich

I visited this Jersey Mike’s around 3 p.m. today. The food and service were good, but I noticed one employee wearing a necklace shaped like the outline of Israel with a Palestinian design.
I think staff should not wear things with political meaning while working. Customers should be able to enjoy their meal in a neutral and non-political environment.
