I usually don’t even like papa John’s but this specific store makes some amazing pizza!! I keep going back and the pizza is always so fresh, cheesy and the toppings are generous. This last anchovi thin crust I got in the photos actually reminded me of the pizza I got in New York although a much smaller slice, haha.

I order regularly from Papa Johns and understand sometimes mistakes happen. I called to let the store manager know that our pizza pick up order wasn’t right/cooked properly. He acted like he didn’t want to improve his stores quality and wasn’t accommodating in any way. I didn’t even ask for a refund or any discount. Rude customer service from management and staff.

Ordered online directly to avoid doordash expenses. It was a fifty dollar order that was routed through doordash anyways. They forgot the 2 liter, so I had to go to the store to get it myself as otherwise I was given an estimate of an hour and a half wait. They didn’t cut the pizza. The pizza itself appeared to be made with aggression in mind. It was just messy looking and gross. Oversaturated with some type of pepper. Never again. Most of the papa John stores in this area are bad, except for the one on Bryan station.

One of our pizzas was all messed up. Wrong cut and basically thrown all over the box. This wasn’t from the delivery driver as the other pizzas we ordered were fine. Deliver driver was super polite and timely. Whoever cut and boxed this pizza should be retrained or fired.

They use door dash and you can wait hours. I did After making 3 calls to them they finally ( the manager) blamed door dash and said he didn’t realize it was still sitting there. Poorly ran. And expensive. When ask for my money back they said it can take 3-5 days. Poor customer service. The only reason I gave them a 1 star was there wasn’t 0 stars.

We ordered pizza to be have delivered to our hotel room. When I say it came fast, I mean minutes after I placed the order there was a knock on the door! Our pizza was HOT and fresh. Our delivery driver was super nice and friendly. The pizza was great! Overall probably the best order I’ve ever placed with Papa John’s!

We always get carryout, and I use the pizza tracker on the website, so it’s pretty accurate about when the pizza will be ready. We’ve had occasional minor issues, like forgetting a sauce, but overall it’s been a positive experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It’s what you would expect of a Papa John’s. I’m in the rewards club, so about every other time we order, we get free items, and it’s fun to try their new gimmicks.

We ordered a medium Works pizza and some cinnamon pull apart bread. The pizza was not cooked through, the middle was raw. The pizza was stuck to the top of the box as well. As for the pull apart bread, we usually have this for breakfast the next day. When I cut a piece, same problem as the pizza. This was not cooked through. We tried to fix it in our oven but it was not the same. The problem we see is there is no consistency. We will think twice before ordering again

This place is horrible. No organization at all. I ordered a pizza and it was being delivered on time. The guy gets here and says oops.. wrong order for your house another driver has yours. WTH… then how did he know my address. Needless to say I waited 15 minutes and then called the store. My pizza was sitting on a shelf and would be delivered in 30-40 minutes. The manager lied about how many drivers they had. I canceled my order. Picture not the best.
