I asked for extra sauce on both of the honey chipotle barbecue wings I ordered ,and I was told they couldn’t do that. That they come as they are, so they can’t do light or extra sauce. I know for a fact that is an outright lie. My husband works for one of the other stores and has worked for this store before. I have gotten these same wings with lots of extra sauce each time I asked. So this is bull crap. I hope they get their stuff together or I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered a cheese pizza for my kids and myself. Came burnt, crappily cut and tastes terrible. The marinara that came with the breadsticks tasted like it might’ve been old and expired. This place used to make quality pizza but now it’s overpriced trash. If you can’t even make a cheese pizza without screwing it up, it’s probably time to call it a day and throw in the towel because you definitely can’t make a pizza. Have ordered from here several times over the years but this will definitely be my last until they get their crap together.

I ordered 4 pizzas for almost 65 dollars and every single pizza was dry and the crust was so thin with no sauce or toppings. Basically dry cardboard. I called to see if they can fix the problem hoping it was just the 45 min wait. The manager was nice and made it seem like we would get our whole order fixed. We waited only 10 mins and got only one of the pizzas. The pizza was definitely an improvement but still was not up to par for what Papa John’s normally is. Greatly disappointed and wish the manager stated she was going to to replace one of the pizzas because we would have just ordered some where else. Won’t be back and wish that wasn’t the case.

You would really expect a brand new location to have good food. Nope. Every single time we order pizza there’s either almost no sauce, too much cheese, it’s almost always over cooked to where the cheese it hard even when the pizza is piping hot. It makes no sense papa johns is the most expensive pizza in the area by far and is some how also the worst. The best item we’ve been able to get from here is breadsticks and even then we’ve received those raw in the middle

This Papa John’s is worthless. Orders are never correct, always a gamble. Ordered through the app tonight, saw strange activity on the tracker, got a call from a second Doordash driver who showed up to get the pizza, who was informed that another driver had already taken the order. Next I get a text from the OTHER driver, saying we’ll refund your order. This is after 45 minutes of waiting. This Georgetown, Kentucky Papa John’s is absolute crap. Their corporate management should look into it and clean house. If you can’t run a pizza place in Kentucky that is actually FROM Kentucky, then you should hang it up. Ridiculous waste of people’s time and money.

We have been ordering from here off and on for the past few years, and this is one of the most inconsistent places to order pizza from. Normally the food is pretty good, but on many occasions it arrives like this… The pizza is still dough in the middle, and the bread sticks have barely any cheese on them. Just looking at how the bread sticks are made should tell you everything you need to know about this place.

Well after the recent delivery December 2018 this score has to be lowered, they’re lucky to only a 2 star, these wings, kidding me, smallest I’ve ever seen…. Then the pizza they’ve actually made this box onto a medium box…. Still m pizza and 6 tiny wings 30$ after tip to the driver, what a joke PUNY JONS!! horrible…. Actually this needs to be a 1 star after this delivery, as I said before and now more so, plenty of other options in gtown
