I gotta say these workers have patients 4 real I went there with a person who had the app didn’t know how to use it & thought it was the restaurant’s fault .she was the worst .but they handled it smooth she took almost 40min on 8$ worth of stuff .Staff was excellent and patient I would of told her to get out and lost my job so everybody keep up the good work

I have been going to this location for years and it usually has been pretty good but the last 2 times have been horrible. Today they told me they are no longer honoring any coupons or offers from app which I was very disappointed about because I always order a party bundle. When I asked for a drink holder for my the four drinks I ordered, I was rudely told by the lady at the window that they didn’t have any. She then hassled me for taking to long find enough cup holders to hold them. This location has lost a loyal customer due to rude staff and not honoring coupons from the app.

We had a bad experience tonight at this location. Even the cashier and front manager were beside themselves in what was happening. The long line in drivethrough should have been an indication that there was a problem. We decided to go in and order. We waited 5 minutes to order and 10 minutes for our food. The food was done to perfection. In my opinion the front manager should have gone back and assisted instead of observing and what sounded like commenting on poor performance. Empower your employees to do better and help them through difficult times. Don’t sit on the sidelines. But maybe that is company policy. Since the food was great you get four stars. If our experience was great it would have easily achieved a 5 atar rating.

Best part about this Burger King is that when you walk inside to order sometimes there is this guy at the register with the most happy and comical way to serve a customer. It will change you mood to a smile guaranteed…. God bless persons like him… cheers..

More often than not I have great experience here, but please for the love of God, if you’re gonna post on your door/window that you open at 5:30am on Sundays, make sure you’re actually open at 5:30am on Sundays. It’s the only day of the week I have this issue and it’s happened more than once. Other than that, though, they’re usually pretty friendly here.

It’s amazing how many times I’ve been up I-295 but not stopped at any of the smaller towns to get anything. This Burger King is just off a highway exit, adjacent to a shopping center. To my surprise, this is one of the few BK locations that still offers burgers at breakfast and I feel I should encourage this. Beyond that, it’s pretty average for the chain. I noticed they do try to keep the dining area clean. Service is good. Beverage bar could use an update but not every place has switched to Coke Freestyle yet so it’s okay.

My order was not correct. They never listened to the order instead trying to upsell me. My burger combo didn’t match the price on this sign. I was only given two choices in the size medium or large. The sign indicates the small size price.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE I stood there for 30 minutes waiting for 2 burgers and a milk shake… that’s outrageous.. I sure do hope that they get better at serving people or they will just loose customers .. used to go there alot.. NOT ANYMORE

Don’t come here for lunch. Cooks super unorganized and slow. 25-35 min wait for a damn piece of meat,cheese and bread…. Oh and if they mess up ur order you go to the back of the line behind everyone else that ordered behind you instead of preparing your burger with the next meat patty that drops. There are no problem solvers here. .5 stars

Under construction which by the way is a complete mess outside with no directional signage or signs saying they are open. Inside we found maybe 3 employees and every order required you leaving your name to wait. Just close the doors during construction. They are sitting on multiple code violations outside and my kids both tripped on construction debris trying to get in the door. Last time I will step foot in a BK.
