Absolutely awful food and customer service. Pizza took an hour to get here, it was cold to the touch. No garlic butter in either pizza, or breadsticks. Breadsticks were way overcooked. No pepperonis on my pizzas either. Barely any cheese or sauce on the pizzas, my kids wouldn’t even eat it. Overall pretty disgusting and I don’t ever write bad reviews for anything. My husband called to ask for a refund and all she did was defend their nasty food, and offer a free meal. Like we would ever want to eat there again lol. If I could give this place a zero, I would.

Every time I place an order something is always forgot. Extra sauce cups that I paid for not with my order. One time they forgot a whole large pizza. All the manager could say was sorry like she didn’t care. Had to call 3 times to figure out where the pizza was at while my kids were home hungry waiting for it to show up.

The food is always good when we order from papa johns.. Tonight I put my order in at 7:45 and it 11:00 and its still not here. I have children here that are hungry. Yes they have snacked on things since it was ordered but pizza was dinner. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to put something on the website that tells customers how long it will be before their pizza be delivered before they buy it. Hell I bought it and it’s been an hour past that. Do better.
