I still have not received any response from papa John’s after filing complaint about order.

Order was placed online, with pickup ready estimated to be 20 minutes. I showed up and the small space for people to wait for orders was packed. The kitchen was a mess and did not have enough employees working. An employee finally acknowledged the people in the waiting room, stating their printing system was messed up. Online, my order showed complete, but I had to wait another 30 minutes before I was handed my pizza. Of course this pizza sat for 30 minutes so it was cold and soggy.

I phoned in an order,arrived to pick it up. After waiting 10 minutes while the employee talked on the phone with his manager,I tell him why I am there,he brings my order,I pay with my card. He folds the receipt in half and ask me to sign, I said I paid debit not credit, his reply was so I can’t contest the charges. Well subway next door did not ask for signature

Everything is good the food the atmosphere and the service when you speak directly to the store but the call center absolutely sucks. What’s the point in calling the stores number if you get sent to a call center and can’t understand what the person on the other line is saying

The pizza was delivered with a huge spot lacking any sauce or cheese and was extremely dry. It even looked like someone put a thumbprint in on one of the other slices. Why would anyone allow a pizza that looked so horrible leave the building and be served to a customer. Management offered to “owe” me a free pizza if I called in an order in the future. This isnt the first time I have had problems at this location. I will make the drive to a different location in the future.

Papa John should be ashamed of how much they charge for subpar pizza. I asked for mushroon and onion added to a pepperoni. I got 5 mushrooms and maybe 3 onions. I know i got charged for it. It’s been a while since I had papa johns. Now I know why. Just gross and a waste of money.

Ordered a “Shaq-A-Roni” pizza. Description states “Extra cheese and extra pepperoni on an extra large New York style pizza cut into 8 oversized, foldable slices.” When we opened the box, there was NO pepperoni, and barely any cheese. We called to let them know they messed up our order, and the manager stated “Oh, I didn’t hear your wife say she wanted pepperoni”, my husband said “Well, the name ends in ‘Roni’, and it says it comes with pepperoni.” Their reply- “Well you can order it with just cheese.” SERIOUSLY?!?!?!!?

The food is always good when we order from papa johns.. Tonight I put my order in at 7:45 and it 11:00 and its still not here. I have children here that are hungry. Yes they have snacked on things since it was ordered but pizza was dinner. This is absolutely ridiculous. They need to put something on the website that tells customers how long it will be before their pizza be delivered before they buy it. Hell I bought it and it’s been an hour past that. Do better.
