The chicken poppers we ordered weren’t fully cooked. They were gooey in the middle…cold & gooey in the middle. Called the manager & he said he didn’t know why they wouldn’t be fully cooked or gooey in the middle because they get them pre-cooked. As a former fast food store manager I fully understand that if pre-cooked frozen items aren’t re-warmed properly the food can be gooey in the middle. Never had a problem with this store before the food & service has always been awesome. The manager seemed uninterested. I told him I didn’t want anything I just thought he’d want to know. He seemed unconcerned with my call or situation.

Service can be a lil slow something but they have the best delivery drivers . Food is alw hot and fresh and the drivers are always friendly .

I ordered the Twix Papa Bites. I placed the order on Uber Eats. The quality of the bites were a bit burnt but it still satisfied my sweet tooth. And it kind of tastes like the Twix candy.

My food took twice as long as they said when I ordered. While I was there to pouch up, a lady that had been waiting there before me was told that they “accidently” gave her order to someone else and that they were remaking it. It strikes me as odd that they managed to have this mix up considering they had an employee stationed at the register/ pizza pick up area who wasn’t very busy. They didn’t offer her a coupon, nor store credit, nothing. And all the orders that went out while I was there also took twice as long as they were telling customers. It baffles me how they can be well staffed and still take twice as long as they are telling customers to prepare orders when Little Ceasers down the road is constantly understaffed and can still manage to get your pizza ready exactly on time if not early.
Also, the pizza is over priced.

This was my first experience going to this Papa John’s. We enjoyed the pizza and ordering from the app. I would love to see better regular coupon deals.

On Saturday 6/29/24, I walked in to pickup my order. The worker behind the counter checked on the order of the man in front of me. But never acknowledged me, 5 min later he still hadn’t said hello or checked on my pizza, which was right in front of me by the counter. I finally thought maybe I’m just supposed to get it myself…I was wrong, but atleast I got the cashier acknowledged my presence. They still were u friendly and deliberately slow. But atleast I finally git my pizza, which WAS really good. Just bad service. I don’t know if the service was deliberately bad or if that person was just having an off day. I know I was.
