Not my business how the franchise allows their staff to dress look ECT. This is 2023 people gonna be who they want. So the pizza which is what the review is based off. It was pretty damn good. And it’s pretty consistent also. My favorite picayune pizza chain by a mile.

I had to delete my other review just so I could do this one! We ordered Papa John’s pizza once again since it’s been a while. Well this time we got our pizza an hour after it was ordered! Opened the box and it looks like it was juggled or held on it’s side!! The manager is sending a new one out! Hopefully I get to eat before I have to go to bed!! This is un acceptable!! I will never put a tip on my debit card again because if my food looks like this they not getting a tip of this is what you get when you tip them! Came back to up grade their score. I guess changes were made and things have drastically improved.

Up until about 6 months ago it was perfect all of a sudden every time we ordered pizza. There’s something wrong. Either there’s too little cheese or something’s missing or the garlic sauce is poured all over rare pizza. Something and the male manager. There called my wife a liar one time and another time he grabbed the pizza Box out of my hand jerked it from me and said give me 20. Minutes sir with an added. I don’t understand what happened. This place used to be great but now it’s lucky to get a three star review

Had two large pizzas with two toppings both of them were supposed to be “extra sauce and hand tossed”. One pizza had no sauce at all and the other pizza barely had any. But both pizzas were not hand tossed. Both were thin crust. Don’t recommend until they get better pizza makers. 1-26-22

**UPDATE** We order from here at the minimum of once a week and they have really picked up the pace so I will definitely give them their last star! Now when I receive my pizza it is so hot and melting with cheesy awesomeness! Thank you Papa John’s!

I sat in the lobby for twenty minutes for a pizza my wife ordered and paid online. Eventually the girl at the counter asked me what my name was again and gave me my pizza that had been done. The box was warm from the heating rack but the pizza wasn’t as warm. The pizza wasn’t even cut! Terrible experience.

I ordered the new papadia, dont waste your money unless you like eating nothing but bread. I asked the staff who is friendly if that is the way it is supposed to be because there is no meat on it. She offered to re make it and add more meat however if that is the way it is supposed to be then that’s fine. I will add a photo to show just how pitiful these things are.
