I ordered pizza for a small party last weekend. I originally order 2 pizzas and was starting to worry it wouldn’t be enough so I called to ask if I could add a third. They were really polite and helped me add a third pizza. They even added jt to the coupon I was already using — even though I placed this pizza later on. (I had ordered it and scheduled it for a later time when I first placed the order). So instead of 17$ I was able to get it for ~10$.
They could have just made me pay full price but they really went the extra mile to go in and manually fix it so it could still be a part of my coupon deal! The pizza was as a hit too. Only one piece left at the end of the night. It’s a good thing I decided to add the extra pizza!

The pizza is good, the service is better.
I have always order online and pick up in store. I have never had an issue until last night. It was my fault for adding stuff to a pending order, however Dave (the manager quickly) jumped in and fixed to price difference. Also, the cashier Andrew was extremely nice and caught the issue as well. I’ve been impressed for a while on their service and just getting around to writing a review. Looking forward to returning soon!

I think this is the best Papajohns in the state. The order has always been on time and fast. The pizzas are hot and fresh. I have missed something on a Internet order and they have called me to ask if I meant to do what I really made a mistake on, I was thankful for that these guys know their pizza. That saved me $20 on a pizza. Thank you guys you’re doing an awesome job keep it up.

Once again they show how mismanaged they are. I don’t know if the owners are aware but when you order over 30 minutes ahead and arrive to find your order was not even put in the Oven yet is unacceptable! You can not get a simple pizza in the oven in that time. Unacceptable! I will notify as many people that I can to go to lost pizza or any others in town before this pizza place. Very disappointed in this place for the third time. This is not a one time event. I tried giving benefit of doubt twice before and they have proved that it’s a way of life at this place.
