Called to place an order for pickup and absolutely COULD NOT understand the man that answered. I completely understand that everyone needs a job and I’m not saying dude should be fired or reprimanded in any way. The management, on the other hand, should be taught how to utilize their employees.

I pulled up about 10 or maybe 15 minutes before they were closing and without complaining they took my order and told me when it would be ready. I advised them that I was going to sit in my car and I’d be back in. I set an alarm for 15 minutes and before my alarm went off the delivery driver was bringing out my food. Such nice folks, thank u Papa John’s late night workers when I was there.

The pizza is good, but if you order your pizza well done or square cut it probably ain’t gonna happen. I’ve ordered 5 pizzas in a row now that weren’t cut correctly. Otherwise, the people there are generally nice.

Very not happy with my family’s experience at the Papa John’s location in Jefferson City, TN. We placed an online order at 6:48 PM. We set the pick up time as 8 PM. That gives the employees over an hour to complete our order of a bbq chicken papadilla and a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza.

Pizza is good. My complaint is the app. I looked for 20 minutes for thin crust pizza. Had to call in to get it and that means I missed all the points I would have earned if I ordered online. The app needs major work and some way to add those points no matter how you order. Corporate needs to really fix this problem.
