Ever since they started using door dashers to make deliveries instead of using their own people quality has plummeted. Food cold almost every single delivery, or turns up like this photo. I’ve tried to ignore it and let it slide thinking it might be a 1 off issue, but it has been consistent. Done ordering Papa John’s of any kind. Do better store #338.

Will our door Dash in my spare time and so far every – that I have had from this Papa John’s is exceptional. The wait time is never over 2 minutes which is amazing. Most of the time they have it ready to go when I get there. Great food, fast service, and awesome employees!!

It’s sad to see a great pizza place at one time now handing out undercooked pizza and being RUDE about it. Was asked why didn’t you take a picture. Well my phone is not glued to my face like 99% of Americans for one thing and the other thing is most experiences with other restaurants are good.i had to put the pizza back in the oven to make it eatable i have money and a home that is paid off so I’m not trying to get free food. But was treated like i was a scammer This place will go out of business at that location until they get ride of that rude lady manager. Yes he heard me correctly a manager treating a handicapped disabled veteran like that. And doordash is horrible. Note when a restaurant is in chaos they must use doordash because they can’t keep help. Keep that in mind

I jus ordered a pizza tonight and added a tip but the driver was thru a diff company and they didn’t get the tip. I called to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. This is the 3rd time this same guy has been rude to me personally so I can imagine how he treats others. I will be calling cooperate on Monday. He called me back jus to hang up on me once again. Very rude. I will be posting this on my social media as well……very unsafe and rude person to be in management….

Pizza is ok enough usually but been in Tri for a year and a half and had from this location at least a bakers dozen times. Staff is incapable of operating a pizza cutter.

Tried the pizza at this location previously. It wasn’t all that good. I’ve had way better from other locations. I just happened to be in the same shopping center on another day ans went in just to get a drink. They only had Pepsi, mountain dew and water. I was going to get the water but it was warm. Will not be going back here again!

I don’t know who is halfway through a two week notice or if they just don’t have a care in the world but this time papa John’s was a bad decision. My whole family is sick and we just wanted some pizza. Paid $56 for 3 medium pizzas and 2 orders of buffalo wings. Would have been more satisfying getting the $1 pizzas from the Walmart frozen section. More sauce on the box of the wings than the wings themselves, pizza had no sauce or cheese on 1/2 of the pizzas, could have been cut better with a butter knife. Big waste of money.

Had our three year old grandson over. Decided to order a medium super Hawaiian and cinnamon pull apart for delivery. The lady who took the order could not speak English very clearly. I had to keep asking her to repeat what she was saying. Pizza was delivered by door dash. I didn’t order door dash and never have. Don’t even have the app on my phone. Door dash lady called said I am here with your order come to my car and get it. The pizza was like warm, doughy, too much sauce, hardly any toppings was not eatable. The cinnamon pull apart looked like a five pound bag of sugar poured on it and doughy not eatable. I have been ordering from Papa John’s for over 10 years. This is unexceptable! I will be calling the manager in the morning getting my $31.60 returned. Papa John’s you have lost a valued customer. Have called customer care 7/28/2025 with the actions of the GM of store 338. Was told give them 48 hours for upper management to call. No response so called customer care again was told going to escalate the complaint give 48 hours for resolution. On 8/01/2025 called customer care again was told lots of upgrades on computers today have to call back. We’ll PAPA JOHN’S YOU HAVE LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER. ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM YOU!
