We frequent this store when we order pizza. 9/10 times we have no issues. We received our pizza tonight and the sticker says “cheese only.” Not sure if that means a plain cheese pizza or a pizza with no sauce and cheese only. There is hardly any sauce on the pizza and it’s dry as hell. We called to see about sending another pizza (which we have done multiple times in the past when our order got messed up) and the girl that answered the phone was rude and had an attitude. Said the only thing we could do was bring it back for store credit, which is fine, but when you order delivery you normally don’t intend on going anywhere. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there was no managers there to speak to. Long story short, if you want to trash your food and waste your money, then order from this store!

Our regular Papa John’s location. We been customers for years. We have had 98% of the time great experiences. We will continue being customers unless they go down hill. Last order was completed fast, great service and food was also great.

This is my first time ordering here and my last. Buyer Beware: I ordered a NY style pizza, but Not NY style, a few problems; no sauce, dough chewy and saggy, not fully cook and to thin. Tried to call the store, but kept getting a busy signal. So the only alternative was to throw it in the trash. Best advice I can say is make sure that the person who makes the pizza knows what they are doing. Very disappointing and very dissatisfied.

Pizza arrived quickly but appeared to be dropped. Also I was missing my order for wings. Store remade the order and sent it to me for free. Probably a hit on the driver, not the store. I’ll keep ordering from this store because this is the only error I’ve ever experienced.
