Ordered on Super Bowl Sunday an hour before the game preparing for it to take a long time. They made and delivered our pizza hot and fresh in 15 minutes! That’s quicker than if I went and got it myself. Very impressed!

Since when does Papa John’s have door dash doing their deliveries now? I ordered 2 pizzas tonight for me and my family around 9:00 and was told I would receive my delivery between 09:59-10:09. Well I waited til 10:21 before I finally called the store to inquire about where my pizza was and why I hadn’t received it yet only to be told that my pizza was still coming. I waited til 11:00 and still no delivery person showed up with my food that I paid for.Then when I go to track my food it says that door dash will be delivering my food for some reason. Then when I track it thru door dash it tells me my food was delivered already.So I waited 2 and a half hours hungry for nothing and paid almost 50$ for Papa John’s to give my food delivery order to some door dash person who’s incapable of even making a successful food delivery to the right address? Then when I try to get a refund they give me the back and forth and say they will have to get back in touch with me within the next 2 days about issuing my refund. I’m dissatisfied beyond all words. If your business is gonna subcontract other companies delivery services to handle there deliveries then they need to make sure the people with door dash are competent enough to do the job and they also need to inform the customers upfront and let that be known. I’ve been a regular customer with this papa johns for 25 years but after this it’s probably gonna be a good while before I call em back for anything. Very Unprofessional to say the least.

They now use DoorDash to deliver their pizzas, 2 times DoorDash has failed to deliver. Once they drivers called but didn’t speak English so he couldn’t find us so he just marked it delivered and never showed. Second time the driver never showed and I was told later that the drivers won’t come out my way bc they don’t get tipped, well we ordered through papa John so we can’t tip on the DoorDash site because we didn’t ordered through them. Terrible, just tell us pick up only!!!

Papa Johns is a great backup meal plan and the one here locally is very good!! Have had no trouble with delivery or food at all. Very hot and fresh when I get it delivered! Thankful for their service and hard work!!

Everyone is very friendly. Ingredients are really fresh and you can tell this with sight smell and taste. Always hot and I’ve never gotten The wrong order.The quality is far more superior than Domino’s!!!! I wish I’d known they deliver to West Point sooner than I did.

This is the only pizza place I eat at in Valley/Lanett area. I always pick up because the employees are really kind and the food is always amazing. I’ve only had one issue before, once they forgot the pepperoni but they gave me a free pizza the next time I orderedi, no harm in that!
