I’m from out of town and thought this pizza was really tip top. Thin, crisp crust and hot chewy toppings…. everything fresh, made right to order, and friendly staff on the inside too. Great location.

My wife put in an order for 2 pizzas and some wings, and it said it would take a little over and hour. This was understandable considering it’s Friday evening. However, just over two hours later, we call to see what’s going on with the order. They said it hasn’t been made yet. Soon as we get off the phone, the driver showed up with our food… It was HORRIBLE. The boxes were all crushed, the toppings that belong on the pizza were stuck to the top of the box leaving the pizza bare. The wings had somehow dropped grease all over everything, and to make matters worse, IT WAS COLD. This is a disgrace, really..

Not the best. Not the worst. Not really any service so nothing to rate there. Cheaper than dominos but better that little caesers. It’s what you expect when you get pizza, greasy and cheesey in all the right ways.

I was having a bad day with fedex delivering an expensive item to God knows where and then Papa johns sent me home with 1 pizza out of 2 that was wrong. (The one in this pic was supposed to be with original sauce not alfredo, and have regular pepperoni) Yes I could’ve/should’ve checked before I left but I didnt; So I was having a slightly bad day. But again thank you Amanda for making things right and for your amazing customer service! I still will continue to order here. I like the staff and the pizza’s good. Mistakes happen sometime people!

I don’t know what more I can put in the delivery instructions to make these delivery drivers understand that no contact delivery means no contact delivery. The genius today said that since I put “don’t knock” she rang the doorbell. I’m not sure if they think they’ll get a bigger tip or not. But if companies are going to offer no contact delivery they should at least get delivery drivers who can read. Second time this has happened.

Ordered online and when they brought my food they didn’t give me my 2 liter. Then the driver lied saying she did hand it to me when I have a ring doorbell camera that has it all on video. Then while on the phone, whoever it was was rude after I said it was on video and cussing.if I ordered the 2 liter I wanted it, not a refund. I even tipped the driver $8 for not delivering my whole order. Maybe I shouldn’t have tipped.

Love this location!!! I drive the extra 2 miles to come to this one rather than the Tillman’s Corner one because it’s cleaner, the staff is friendly ALWAYS, and the pizza is amazing and always cut through the crust (I have a pet peeve ordering pizza and it not being cut all the way and then we have to cut it at home). This location does great representing the Papa John’s name!!

It’s good pizza. The banana peppers and garlic sauce make sure you enjoy every bite to the end. They will do half and half and not charge extra, A nice perk I certainly enjoy.!

This location has been reliable. They’ve gotten it correct nearly every time and made it right when they didn’t. The pizza is mid, but that’s Papa John’s for you, not a fault of this store. Their drivers have been great -really polite and nice.

Order Pizza through the app on Halloween night for delivery. Order at 6pm with delivery schedules for 730pm. 820pm and still no food. Went to the local location and the only response I received was…. oh, This is for delivery, I’ll just cancel your transaction. Not even an apology for the problem. Now eight days later and I have not been refunded my money for food. I did not receive. I have now did a dispute with my credit card to get my money back. Glad I have the voided receipt from my order. I filed a complaint already with Papa John’s and have not received a call or email. I’ll take my business down the road for now on. Lost a loyal customer.
