I would rate lower if I could. Never received our food and the store wouldn’t answer for over half an hour until it was then closed. Corporate customer support chat was useless and said that “I” had to submit a ticket for the store manager to call back within 48 hours… To resolve someone else problem… What is the point of having customer support if they do nothing?!? Absolutely nothing… Will never order again, save your money and buy dominos, at least that shows up when I order it.

My order was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. My family has ordered from this store several times and each time it’s the same thing. One time it was over an hour late! The quality of the breadsticks has also gotten worse (not enough butter garlic sauce…like hardly any at all) Definitely not acceptable. Spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered a pizza to go. Order taker however asked for address! Clarified pickup and got a 20 – 25 minute ready time. Went to pick up and had to wait. Had to ask why. Lost order! Somehow the “box got knocked over.” What ever that meant. In addition the delivery person parked in handicap space. A very expensive ticket much less the lack of availability for someone qualified to use the space. Pizza was very good. We’ll be back.
