Prefer the wrong pizza using the app for the first time. I admitted the error and just asked if I could pay to add pepperonis to it.. they refused. Dry unfriendly. Had to go purchase pepperonis at the local DG and stick it in my oven… 20$ pizza… ♂️

Can not even take walk in orders and online requires payment and no guest checkout, must put all personal info, way to much time for what the host could have just done right at the door,, lost my sale and any future sales

I ordered ahead from this location. My order arrived an hour early. When I called and spoke with a manager he proceeded to blame and say it was my fault and that I needed to verify when placing an online order. I did verify before placing the order. He told me, “well there’s nothing I can do, except tell you to call and verify your order next time you place one. I placed an order ahead because my husband gets home late. I do not appreciate the managers rudeness. I wasnt asking for free food. I wanted to know how and why my order was delivered an hour ahead of schedule. He told me it was my fault and I needed to pay attention when ordering. First impressions are everything to me and this location really failed me. I use to recommend this location to the guest who stay with this property without ever visiting myself, but after this experience I will send them to Mama’s Rosa’s or The Red Elephant from this day forward. Do not have job where you interact with people if you lack the necessary customer services etiquette. Just lost a customer and if I can help it as many as I can steer towards another pizza joint.

Great taste and quality. Communication between staff, app, and drivers needs improvement. I understand my house is difficult to find. That is why I give detailed directions. The directions do not help if the driver does not read them. Pricing is expensive, but it’s worth it for the better qulity.

I placed an online order for 3 pizzas. The pizzas were ready in 20 min or less from ordering. One of the pizzas wasn’t correct and they went above and beyond making the situation right. Highly satisfied with their customer service and the pizzas were well made and tasted great.
